Mike was friendly and professional. He quickly went about his business checking every aspect of our unit and found our measurements we just a bit off. Mike replaced a compressor under warranty and went over all the reading with me. It’s a great comfort to know we have such dedicated Penguin employees taking care of us moving into our summer season.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

WHAT A RIPOFF!!!
I'M A SENIOR AND ALL I NEEDED WAS AN ADJUSTMENT TO MY FLUSH HANDLE (IT WAS GETTING HUNG UP) ON MY TOILET TANK WHICH IS A NO BRAINER, OR SO I THOUGHT. WHEN I GOT THE BILL I WAS SHOCKED; THEY CHARGED ME $223.69 PLUS $69 TRIP CHARGE FOR A TOTAL OF $292.69 JUST TO REPLACE A FRICKEN FLUSH LEVER WORTH $2.99. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL, I ASKED TO HAVE THE GUTS INSIDE MY OTHER TOILET TANK TO BE REPLACED (SHOULD TAKE 40 minutes) AND THEY QUOTED ME OVER $500 ! LIKE I SAID, WHAT A RIPOFF. I'VE USED THEM BEFORE BUT WILL NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN (EVEN THOUGH THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT!). SENIORS BEWARE, THEY THINK THEY HAVE YOU OVER A BARREL.... JUST TELL THEM TO TAKE A HIKE AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

Unit had gone out called to get checked out .Moises went immediately ..turns out it only needed maintence ..Very honest responsible,communicative, and gave several recommendations! They're the best!

Was referred by my MIL who recently had her AC replaced by Arcadia Air recently. We also had a great experience with Jimmy and his team this past week. Received a quote weeks prior after an initial visit and finally had them come out to replace our 15 year old unit. The team was on time, quick, and professional. The crew were all good guys, knowledgable, and worked hard to complete the job asap. New unit is humming along nicely! 10/10, would recommend.

We began the day seeking a quote for hot water heater replacement.Without prior knowledge or preparation, Ramesh coordinated with Kris and Joe Lord to install a water softener in addition to the new hot water heater, along with two cartridges and a faucet.All of the work was done in an absolutely professional manner, but also in a very friendly way. The installation was remarkable, especially in contrast to the prior amateurish install.There are pictures of the finished product. The entire extemporaneous project was completed by sundown.We could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work that was done or the skilled tradesman that performed it.Kudos to your entire staff.

Received an email from Howard Air with the name and photo of the technician. That was the first contact. The technician called before arrival and showed up in the time frame given. He was polite, professional & explained what he needed to do to get our ac back up and running. It was a late night emergency appointment and he was as friendly as if it was the first appt of the day.i highly recommend them for your ac & heating needs.

I recently scheduled an A.C check-up for both of the units at my home through my homeowners warranty. One unit was supposed to be free and the other unit I had to pay for (which I did). The Technician came out and used my garden hose which he removed (which was fine) and failed to replace it when he finished (not fine).  When I received the invoice, it reflected only one unit being serviced and after he left, I observed only one unit worked. His complete job lasted approximately 9 minutes and afterward he failed to provide an assessment of what he found, nor provided any recommendations. Both of my units were functioning properly prior to his visit. This was just supposed to be preventative maintenance. He didn't even check the filters or even look at them.

Andrew from AirZona HVAC came out and assessed our evap cooler very quickly and professionally. He had it up and going for the Summer season before we knew it! This company is fantastic!!

They are very professional. Sales and installation were the best I've seen in a long time.

They did a great job. Would hire again.
