I can’t say enough great things about JustAir and the excellent service they provide. James is very knowledgeable and arrived within 2 hours of my call - he worked late into the night to fix my unit. He didn’t try to upsell me, however, I ended up installing a new unit, new ductwork and a return at a very reasonable cost. I can’t believe the difference! James and Matt went above and beyond during the installation, and Danielle was exceptional in communicating scheduling and billing information. JustAir is honest, professional and reliable. I cannot give AZ Perfect Comfort enough praise. We came home from an extended leave on Wednesday afternoon to a non-working AC. After checking their reviews, I called Janna. She scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am Thursday. Dan arrived early and got right to work. It showed that he really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained our options. We chose to replace the whole unit. Janna called me and set us up for installation the same day. Dan and Fred had us in cool comfort before the sun went down.

Josh Burk was my service person today. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the issues with my kitchen faucet. My home is 30-35 yrs old and so is the plumbing.Josh is a great communicator. He is warm, friendly, witty, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is a true professional who made sure that I was kept informed as to what steps needed to be taken, as he discovered them. He was very attentive and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with his tasks.He did have to purchase new parts, for my repair and did so willingly.He was very concerned about not creating a mess and was most intent on returning the contents that belong under this sink to their storage area.I am truly impressed and commend Josh as well as his employers at Parker and Sons. I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience. I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

Michael R. Arrived spot on time for an inspection of our newer A/C units that were installed recently. It is a free check up, which is a very nice aspect of Pro Skill services. While here he also gave us a refresher on our phone app based A/C controls as well as tips for the wall based units. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very informative - traits we find very typical of all Pro Skill representatives we have encountered thus far. Great outfit.

Our water osmosis setup was leaking, and the company replaced it. Also fixing a corroded fitting on my sink.

I’ve used Larson Air for a few years and have an annual service agreement with them. This company is really wonderful. The employees in the office follow up, are kind and Octavio is fantastic. He knows my systems well, he’s always on time, and it’s very easy to tell that he enjoys his job.
