Binh, the very helpful Hobaica Tech, arrived at our house on time, well informed and quickly resolved our AC and electrical issues. He walked us through the problems, the fixes and gave us helpful tips to maintain these systems. Binh was extremely helpful and we’ll definitely be using Hobaica going forward because of Binh.

WOW! There is no need to check with anyone else for service and prices. This company IS the best out there! I am amazed at their outstanding customer service. They DO care about you. They are super reasonable with their prices too! They are putting in a new unit for me next week and yesterday my old air stopped blowing cold air, they came out right away and got it working again so we can stay cool thru these hot days before the new one is installed. My air co9nditioner quit working and the technician fixed the problems in a timely manner. The temperature was 107 so time was of the essence. They thoroughly explained the problems and pricing. I will definitely deal with them in the future. They are honest and fair.

Leo came on time and tested this unit out very thoroughly. Explained all of the options I have to solve issues and showed me a way to clean the outer coils to improve performance. This unit was installed by another company and been problematic since day one. I feel that Leo explained his findings and informed me of the options I have with this unit.

After a long day of playing 36 holes(and knocking back some cocktails) in the desert sun i arrived home to my surprise and the AC was OUT! i went into panic since it was 4:30pm and around 110f, called a couple of other companies which will remain nameless in this review and could not have someone come out ASAP, all appointments backed up till the next business day AT BEST. Came across Velox Air website, called them up, got on the horn with Sarah who was absolutely amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable & professional, she sent a technician over in less the 1 hour. I was about to reserve a room at the Four Seasons to get out of the house but it was not necessary! we had the AC fixed in less than 1 hour after the technician and his team arrived. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company from Cheyenne who called me during the repair to let me know the status of the work to Ralf the technician(wore booties and a face-mask before entering my home and this was BEFORE the COVID-19 pandemic) anyone looking to repair their AC. Extremely timely, honest, professional, CLEAN & polite...Even got a call a couple of days later from Sarah to check if all was to my satisfaction, highly recommend 100%

A perfect 5 star company, which I can suggest everyone. Jim and Scott are truly amazing. We were having a problem with the leak in the coil of the air handler, so we called them and the continuous cooperation was simply incredible. They came regularly to add freons and service till they installed the new Air Handler. They even gave us a portable AC. Thanks Jim ??
