I recently had A.P.E.S. Come out to my place to repair a faulty garbage disposal which I’ve lived with for my entire lease 12 months because that just refused to send a real plumber then that young man showed up at my door, what a professional and polite man he was and he actually took the time to explain to me what the exact problem was he did this in such a timely manner it was wonderful, the only problem we had and I’m so sorry that my Bella just didn’t want him in our house and I apologize for her rudeness she has no social skills I’m afraid and is terribly spoiled no fault of my own of course lol but we will work on it . We had Scottsdale Air do a check up on our AC unit the young man who did the service (Isaac) was professional and courteous.

Our a/c went out on Friday afternoon and had a new system up and running by Monday afternoon. I called and talked with Robin late Friday afternoon. She had the Operations Manager out Early Saturday morning. Fred went over our options and we made the decision to get a new system installed. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort. They are very professional and do not try to sell you something you don’t need.

Update, they did return as I was having some further issues but Emil came back and was extremely thorough and resolved the issue completely! He was fantastic! I would highly recommend this company!!

I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

Good experience with replacement. My old system was totally dead. They completed the job in 5 hrs, including remove old system, install new 4 ton outdoor unit, and indoor air handler. The only thing confusing is the attic entrance recovery can’t be on the same day afternoon. Anyway, I would recommend Rising Sun Air to everyone for their good service and low price.

They take your money but don’t fix anything. Nobody should have to go a month without air conditioning in Arizona, especially when they have paid. Either hire someone who knows what they are doing to fix the problem or admit your business is a scam.

From start to finish the entire process was outstanding!! They went through all of our options and explained IN DETAIL how those options would work for us. The installation process was seamless and was completed with the upmost level of professionalism! I will only be using Howard Air in the future and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!
