Trey is one in a million, He called me ahead of time to let me know he will be at my house in 30 min or less, and he showed up on time! He was super nice to my 2 dogs :) Trey is a very professional technician, he knew the project that needed to get done and finished in a timely manner. I usually do not leave reviews ... but I've had such a great experience with this company that I felt compelled to do so. Great family owned company providing good old traditional service. All the people I interacted with were awesome ... especially Anne Marie (Admin) and Greg (Service Tech). Great communication both in person and by text messages. On time as promised. Greg really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Reasonable rates and fair on pricing. Would definitey use again in the future and recommend to family & friends.

After the installation. Someone came out to do a inspection and testing of the new system. The Inspection team (Denis) found some issues. They then had the installers come back out to modify the system. To make the pressures and techno stuff better. All I know is it makes really COLD AC. From the Sales process to the installation and service. Reeis gave top notch 5 star service. I would recommend Reeis to anyone looking to have AC work done.

AC unit was not working. I had some guys from Howard air come check it out. First it was wiring, then later it was found to be the motor. Took a while to figure out the problem, but when they figured it out it was fixed that same day and the AC works great now. I was overcharged, but when they realized the mistake they refunded the difference the same day. Overall I was pleased with the staff and how they really seem to care about their customers.

Andrew was great and thorough. Cleaning and checking the components, sealing any leaks, checking the vents, having us replace the air filters. I am impressed with the amount of time and being able to repair the faults that were found. He even sent us videos of everything he was doing and explaining everything and the condition of everything so we can see for ourselves any work needed or performed. I wish the other technicians we had had given us videos of what they were doing. Again he was the most thorough technician I’ve ever had the pleasure of having done work.

I had to go through a few companies but these guys actually fixed my AC. Called, came, quoted a fair price. It was simple and straight forward. No games ... and that’s how I like it.

Daniel and the Preferred team did amazing detailed work replacing our AC unit with a two stage unit that is so much better than what we had. He also diagnosed leaking air ducts that immediately fixed rooms that were not getting airflow and recovered our whole attic with deep new insulation. It is like we have a different house now with the amount of work they did for a fantastic value. Highly recommend these guys.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, capable and seemed happy to be called out during a Sunday which I think is extraordinary! He fixed the problems and provided some advice that will insure that we can avoid this from happening in the future. Our accolades go out to Tim Lentz and Patrick Riley for a job well done!

Got to meet the owner who first met with me and recommended the system that would best suit my home.The young man who did the actual install of the new heat pump package was friendly courteous knowledgeable and professional and the office staff was first rate.Would highly recommend

David came out after I had scheduled an appointment for an energy audit. We purchased a home in 2018, that was built in 2017. Unfortunately I don't believe the original owner had an owners home inspection conducted upon acceptance of the home. In our energy audit it was noted a few items not installed per code. However back to overall audit, very thorough and professionally done. We received a detailed report the following week which provided some recommended solutions and some optional solutions dependent on what we hoped to achieve. We wanted the ductwork sealed, additional insulation (lift & fill) and revised air intake grills installed to improve the efficiency of the air flow.
David and his team come out as scheduled and was able to knock out all the modifications and improvements within the day. Long day but very thorough. I would highly recommend David and his team.

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
