I was in need of a complete new system install, heat pump and air handler. During the in home consultation I became aware of attention to detail that the other companies didn't offer so I went with Desert Diamond Mechanical. The technicians that performed the work carried over the same attention to detail. The air handler required additional configuration to be the most efficient possible and the end result was more even air flow throughout making for a much more comfortable home. Even the thermostat is high quality and user friendly. The new system is far above what I had and I'm completely satisfied. If someone is looking for attention to detail and a very professional install Desert Diamond Mechanical is an excellent choice.

Octavio Deleon did an amazing job at repairing my a/c unit. He was amazing very nice and super helpful and got it all done fast too.

I highly recommend Kyler to do any plumbing work you need done. He is knowledgeable, friendly, conscientious and thorough.

I researched replacing our HVAC systems (upper and lower floor) for weeks. Eric Johnson at Scottsdale Air was not only the most knowledgeable sales person out of four different companies, but the most patient with my many questions. He helped me work through the decision process, even responding while on vacation. Ultimately, Eric gained my trust, gave me a great deal and we decided to move forward, selecting the Trane variable speed systems for both floors.

On installation day, the team showed up promptly, covered and protected all of the work areas and spent the day working into early evening to insure everything was working perfectly.

Since then, the word I would use to describe how we feel about our new HVAC systems and Scottsdale Air is 'delighted.' These systems are super quiet (compared to the old Goodman systems we had before) to the point where sometimes I have to look at the digital controls to even see that they are running. Further, we have noticed a much more 'even' feel to the temperatures in our home, not cycling between cool and warm but just staying consistently where it's set.

I can't say enough positive about Eric Johnson, the installation team and Scottsdale Air overall. Do not hesitate to let them repair or replace your HVAC. I'd give them six stars if I could!

REEis originally installed my TRANE 18 Seer veritable speed AC System in 2018 after my old 1998 Carrier unit died in July 2018 , they saved me that summer , Howard Air was some how , so busy at that time & date they were not able to help me out , I went 8 days without AC , called REEis , a Rosie On The House Company , 2 days later I was blessed with COLD AIR , today 5/17 19 , my man Stephen Baker , a really knowledgeable Service Technician came out for a yearly Advance Air Conditioning TUNE -UP ,he was very pleasant , and did a really great job , REEis ROCKS !

If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would!!! My AC unit wasn't cooling off my house. My home warranty sent out Alien Air. I had Chris come out. I explained to him what was going on. He LISTENED to me which I appreciate very much!! He looked at the unit and put a part on. He took pictures and showed me everything he did and what was up there. Let me know it definitely needs to be serviced and I could see that. Told me it should be getting cooler soon. If there was anymore problems to call him. I had to call him and ask him to come back. I let him know it wasn't getting any cooler. He wanted to check the attic. #1 I have zero insulation up there and #2 the duct work fell off the vent. Thats why no air was pushing through the vents in the house! I would 100% recommend this company if you need anything repaired or looked at. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Very happy with the service! Thank you Chris and Alien Air. You will be my go to company from here on out!!!

I had a very good experience with them when it came to my heating and air-conditioning unit. That led me to sign up for their VIP program. When I called to have them set up an appointment to install my washer and dryer, I had a very different experience. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday given my schedule did not allow the following week.I called Sunday morning to confirm the appointment and was told they had already called me (which they had not) to say they had to reschedule until Thursday. Even if they needed to push me a day it would've been annoying but I wouldn't be writing this review. Pushing me all the way to Thursday (again with no notice) is not going to work and unfortunately very disappointing given my schedule.They where very polite over the phone and kept saying it's out of there control that they have a skeleton crew. I just think if you're going to schedule an appointment with someone you should keep it. I was very clear when setting the appointment on Friday that I couldn't wait long and that if they couldn't do it, no problem I would try someone else. They assured me they could and now I'm left calling plumbers on a Sunday.Again, great service on the heating / air side and I have no reason to believe it wouldn't be good with plumbing either but very poor scheduling.

Routine service was performed by preferred air and even though I don't think I really needed it, since I don't use the unit but maybe 1 or twice during winter I scheduled this maintenance because of the several texts I received. I thought since this was to be my second covered (no charge) maintenance that I should get it done. So I called scheduled and was told nothing about a fee being due or this would not be covered, she just scheduled and said they will see you Friday. But AFTER the service the tech said the bill will be emailed husband let me know and I called talked to the same lady that scheduled and she says the covered maintenance was up 2 months ago, the lady continues to tell me how I could have asked her and every chance repeats my name throughout the conversation. Yes were I went wrong was assuming it was covered maintenance since I was told 2 but a good company to avoid this would tell you a price and not only that why did I not get those texts 2 months ago, I guess so it wouldn't be covered.

Victor did a great job! He came out right away and found the problem. My ac unit is ancient so I decided to purchas a new one. He took the time to figure out what I needed and set up the install times. And he also gave me a portable ac unit to use until installation. I'm very happy!

Been using Howard Air for years on my home and my rentals. Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. They have always been fair and do a great job. I don't hesitate to recommend them (and have many times) to anyone asking for a reputable HVAC company. Five stars +

We have used Larson for maintenance and install for the past few years. Their service has always been top notch A+. We started using them for our 10+yr home to do diagnostics and clean up which held up but I knew in the back of my mind that it was just time to replace the ac unit.During the replacement/installation process they were very detailed and professional throughout. What I liked best was they gave options! They provided a Good, Better, Best, and Premium so you can pick the one that is best for your situation. Install took 1 business day and super seamless. They also email/text you appointment info pre, day off, and post ....how awesome is that?! To sum up, if you're looking for great service, honest upfront and detailed prices, and from what I get ...a company that cares about their customers....look no further! My A/C unit was having a lot of difficulty keeping up with the summer heat and something seemed off. I had Green ID come in and do an energy audit which revealed poor insulation in my roof and leaky duct work attached to my A/C unit. They came back a couple of weeks later and replaced all the duct work and added spray-in insulation and the difference is night and day. Where my A/C wouldn't be able to cool the house to a temperature of less than 84 degrees in the middle of the day to comfortably holding at 79 all day long. Very glad I contacted them.

If you have warranty for your AC this company does not take care of your warranty maintenance service.They don’t do a complete maintenance the miss things and have to bring them back. Although your a customer they will charge a lot of money for any extra service.I feel this company is not giving service for value. I would not want to go with this company.

Excellent customer service

These guys are awesome. Professional, responsive, and courteous. When they installed my HVAC unit, they provided several options with lots of details. They also provide tune-ups and cleaning. Today’s technician (Matt) went over everything he did, answered all my questions, and provided information about Scottsdale Air’s Membership Program (without pressure).

We called late last night because our AC system broke. While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services
