Hays was professional, friendly and efficient from first contact thru the completion. As a renter we needed them to contact the owner in another state. The girls were sweet, contacted him immediately after my call late in the day, followed up with me the next morning and sent Sam the same day they reached him. Sam was on time, personable and used modern equipment to find the problem in a short time. He contacted the owner, sent pictures and the entire transaction what without a hitch. We're impressed and very grateful to a realtor friend who referred them. She said... They aren't the cheapest but they're the best. I received a heater inspection with Penguin Air, Plumbing, & Electrical and JD. was my representative. He serviced my heater, explained what this entailed, gave me an estimate, and options for suggested work to get completed. JD did a great job, he is passionate about his trade, takes pride in his work and I highly recommend him.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

The service tech that came out to Fairmont gardens this week said the leak was irrigation,. It was not it is a leak off the main. Plus the guy was somewhat inappropriate with a resident. We should not be charged for a service call, I still have a leak and have a different company coming out today.

I have been with Expert HVAC since 2010 and very happy with their work. Dealing with the people in the office and technicians has been awesome.

We have the Sadie HVAC protection plan, and just had our seasonal inspection. From the first visit we have been really impressed by the quality and professionalism we've experienced. Today however, it was next level. Eddie Padilla was by far the best technician yet! He was all of the typical Goettle things, prompt, polite, efficient. He also went above and beyond to make sure we understood what he was seeing and he was friendly and patient with any questions.
We had a few small repairs needed and instead of the usual we'll send someone else out he took care of everything right away. He was fast and just overall a pleasure to work with. We also couldn't be more pleased with the price we paid.

The attic potion of our AC system died last Thursday. When the AZPC technician, Mack, verified this and put in an order for a new Trane, he left a portable AC and installed it in the hottest bedroom, to help us make it through the hot weekend until our new system - both outside and attic units - arrived and could be installed. The four-man team arrived at 6:45 Monday morning and could not have been more professional or worked harder than these men did. They were courteous, positive, and very helpful explaining our new thermostat and how to ease our new AC into running at our preferred level of cooling. They also thoroughly covered up their walkway and work area and then cleaned up the insulation, etc., that had fallen from the attic while they worked. When our packet of information arrived in the mail, we were thrilled to see that we now have a 14-year warranty (mostly transferrable) and a built-in semi-annual service plan. Our AC is running better than it ever has in the three years we have lived here. We are thrilled with our experience with AZ Perfect Comfort and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with AC issues.

I'm not one to write reviews but i've made an exeption for Alien Air due to the extremely positive interactions I've had with them. I originally contacted them for an energy audit and had the owner, Chris, come out. Not once did he try and upsell me on something I didn't need. After having several companies come out for a general AC install/repair estimate, Chris was the only one who didn't turn that into a sales pitch.

I ended up having Alien install a new unit and add insulation to my home to take advantage of the SRP rebates program. Chris was honest, direct, on time and always answered any questions I had. One month into having the work completed I've noticed a cooler home, less run time on my unit and a reduction in my electricity bill compared to last year. I will definitely use Alien air moving forward for my AC needs.

We had our water heater pop and called Ace home services and they had a technician sent out that day. The tech Tyler W. was very helpful and informative. Tyler made sure the leak was flowing out of the house and checked the adjacent room for water damage. We will have the old one removed and a new one installed within a week. We kept the leaky water heater so we can still have hot water.
