They were great! Showed up during the window they said, changed one part which was kinda pricey but reasonable because that same capacitor went out in the past. And took pictures of everything. Better to pay for one part than a 15k dollar new system here in AZ.

Had to call these guys again. My front yard was flooding by a ruptured line. Mark and Abel came out and quickly found the source. Not only that, but after they explained they aren’t permitted to work on the rupture because it was not plumbing but rather irrigation, they still explained everything thoroughly and what I should do next. Shout out to Mark and Abel, very knowledgeable, professional, and overall good guys!

Eric and Jordan were flawless. They installed my new system efficiently and with the utmost courtesy towards me and my wife. They explained everything thoroughly, and left my home clean, and in a reasonable amount of time. This is my third installation with Day and Night air and I would highly recommend them.

First, let me start off by saying I am shocked by the number of positive reviews for this place. Dealing with this company has been a horrendous process since day one. Stacy, the admin person, is extremely rude and greatly lacks professionalism. I had to deal with her trying to aggressively sell me a new unit multiple times before she finally got the clue to stop pressuring me. My unit is 5 years old, yet she told me it was subpar and old and I should just replace it. She didn't even know how old it was when she was telling me it's old. When I told her it was 5 years old, she changed what she said to it's middle aged. The technicians that came out told me that it's a good name, not old or middle aged. I was told by the technicians that 15-20 years old is what qualifies as an older unit. Stacy has her aggressive sales tactics that she will use to try to convince you that you have no other choice but to replace your unit. Don't fall for it! I feel so bad for all the elderly/naive people that have probably believed her lies. She is on commission and will do anything to convince you to buy a new AC out of pocket and avoid the home warranty company. Every interaction I've had with Stacy has been difficult. We have been trying to use our home warranty to get the costs of the repairs covered, but her poor communication has caused several delays. The repairs should be covered under our policy, but, we decided to hire another contractor to do the job because we are so frustrated with waiting on this company to follow the protocol requirements by the home warranty. It is clear to me that this company only works with the home warranty companies in order to try to make sales and convince their customers that it's useless to use the home warranty. They tried to sell me a new, bigger unit, a better brand unit, insulation, etc... All I needed was one tiny part!! So glad we went Matt over at Desert Diamond Mechanical! He was able to come out and get it fixed within an hour!

Showed up on time and did a great Job. Glad to have them as our businesses new A/C Company. Very Honest and competitive prices. Joseph Noyes is a great tech and should be recognized as such.

When I had a leak below my upstairs shower, I was able to get a same day appointment with technician Dave Mounts. He was very professional and friendly. He even inspected all of the connections in my house and cleaned up the work area. He did such a great job that I had him come back to replace an old toilet. I would highly recommend him and Parker and Sons to anyone.

I have finally found an A/C company that is great to work with. Ryan was very kind over the phone. Trevor and Connor were very professional and went above and beyond servicing my A/C. I will definitely be calling them back next year.

A second air conditioner was needed at our house, and as soon as I called about it, customer service took the ball quickly and sales rep Scott helped make it happen along with a terrific installation crew that did excellent work. You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.

These guys are pretty epic! Save yourself the contractor parade. What you get here is an amazing value at a great price. Couldn't be more pleased!

Zeke is very knowledgeable and presents the facts based on his professional training through TRANE; not an opinion or partial untruth. He became our 2nd consultation and maintenance service techician because the first tech from Merlin's AC & Plumbing presented such obscure and ridiculous results of his findings.
So, any individual who reads this review, my advice is do not always believe a certified AC company or technician no matter how nice and friendly they present themselves and that their advice or professional opinions are really truth and facts.

I had shopped around getting quotes on the work I needed done (a pinhole leak in an exterior pipe) and was honestly shocked at how much it cost. I called Walker Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend in the home improvement industry. They were extemely nice and came out to my house exactly when they said they would (greatly appreciated). Jodi was the tech and he was absolutely great. Best of all, it cost me about $200 less than the other quotes I had gotten. I would totally recommend Walker to my friends.
