Parker and Sons is one of the worst companies I ever belt with. On January 8th,my tankless water heater started linking and I called Parker and Son on the 9th. They came out and stated I needed a new water exchange and they will order the part. They ordered the part on the 9th, and it arrived at their facility on the 12th. Today is the 18th and I’m still waiting. They stated they have to locate the part. They also quoted me one price and now they are charging me $200.00 more. I had the great pleasure of working with Hernandez Companies on several occasions. My business lost all power, and they worked all weekend to restore it.
