The service repairman did a great job and very polite individual with good customer service.

Technician was friendly, Covid safe and very knowledgeable. Since the visit, our air handler, which was working before the visit, has not turned on. We have no air circulation and hence no air conditioning in that zone. Upon calling Hays to have them return to diagnose the issue, the technician came and found the main fan motor was bad and not working. Hays has agreed to replace the motor, found one at the Trane warehouse, and is in the process of replacing that motor. Excellent follow-up and thanks to Hays for taking action to get us cooling again. Highly recommend Hays Cooling, Heating and Plumbing. Good company and good people.

For my plumbing concerns, Daniel and Stefano were on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Air Conditioning service Eric Beam was excellent as well, he explained the issue in a manner in which I understood the problem clearly and was also very personable.Thanks for being thorough.

Yes I'm doing a review on Nick tyner he came over and repaired my bathroom sink and had to do some extensive plumbing behind the wall was extremely knowledgeable timely courteous and clean I would honestly with the next time I need plumbing service not only use your company but request him as my tech have a good day.

Aaron drain/flush of our water heater. He also checked our water pressure and water quality. He provided additional info water heater code updates and considerations if water heater needed to be replaced. I appreciate his efforts to make sure I understood all he explained to me and am grateful for his congenial no pressure attitude.
