Best Cooling Tune-Up in Phoenix AZ

I have used A.P.E.S. two separate times now for a rental with AC issues and have been impressed with their availability, knowledge of technicians, and prices. I had Adam come out today to fix my house getting it ready for sale and he was very friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and obviously following a standard thorough diagnostic process. He offered a fee solutions and also offered me some lower priced alternatives so I was well informed to make a solid decision. I will definitely be using again for my HVAC and possibly plumbing needs!

Have service contract. Very thorough A/C inspection, friendly, informative. Office kept me advised of arrival time.

Nathan from Penguin Air, Plumbing and Electrical came out to perform an annual electrical check of my house. He was very professional, knowledgeable in answering all my questions and very couteous. He was helpful in providing advice on one of my current house projects.

Brett, is very knowledgeable about the job and company. He provided me with a thorough explanation of all the plumbed areas. I am grateful for his help.

Chase was very professional and fixed my system in a timely manner. He stayed until after midnight to ensure my AC was back up and running. He was also very communicative throughout the process. I definitely recommend this company as their service is unparalleled!

Jesse came for my regular check up did what needed. He always explains things so I understand he is very helpful that way. We decided what to do and he did a great job.

They were great and did everything to make our house cool

We were referred to Jimmy from a family friend. They were on time and polite when they came to look at my AC unit. They got me a quote for a new system and were really thorough and informative. They charged the Freon in our system to make it work while we made a final decision on our new system. We just decided to do a solar project and to lump the HVAC unit into it. I look forward to working with Jimmy as the project progresses. I will do my best to update my review once the project is complete!

1 star for the administrative services. 5 stars for the technician who came out. Not going to average it out as the experience with the admin staff soured our experience overall.What a regretful move. I moved into a house in August and our A/C basically stopped working in September on a very hot day. We called this company after looking at reviews and had a technician come and see what’s happening. We called, they answered, they came and gave a temporary fix. Great! That’s when our experience went south.We paid full on the spot; part cash, part credit card. Tell me why the technician charged us full on the credit card and also took the cash? We essentially paid an extra $1000 for no reason. Took us a few weeks of back and forth with their company and the bank to get everything sorted out. Turns out, between the two, they returned all of our money back. Okay great. Now we can redo the payment process and pay them the amount that should have been paid in the first place, so we did. Smooth.I asked for a receipt with this updated info….in November. The response: “you’ll get the receipt in your email in a few minutes”. Lovely, thank you! But we got nothing. Called again a few days later asking for the receipt, this time to a different email, thinking..maybe the previous email address is having issues. I gave a gmail, that shouldn’t be a problem. I check all of my folders to make sure nothing gets lost in the virtual mail. Still nothing. Called again and again and again. I’ve even left voicemails at certain points. Same response: “you should receive the receipt in your email in a few minutes”.You’ve been paid in full, I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to send a receipt. Is it a terrible system you have or incompetent people you’ve hired? I’m extremely disappointed. Never again. I tried to be patient but it’s been MONTHS since I’ve asked for an updated receipt for services rendered and proof of payment.

The service tech that came told me that he couldn't get a close look at my AC duct and could only make a guess that it was ok using his phone light....The attic space is not that small. I still have no air flow from 2 vents.

I used Arizona Pro Service air conditioner expertise services about a month ago. I didn’t want to review them immediately because I wanted a good month of normal operating to see how the installation had gone. Let me tell you. Everything works exceptionally well. Nick and his team not only changed my entire AC system. They moved it to another location freeing up room in my backyard and making it quieter and more enjoyable for me. The AC compressor was moved from the north side of the house to the east side. New lines, including electricity supplied to the new unit, was professionally installed and hidden as not to create eye soars. The installation was 110% perfect. They added a new return to the air handler unit. Cutting a hole in my wall and installing a return vent. You would never have guessed that it was added. It looks as if the house was already built with an extra return line. I cannot say enough to recommend this company and their exceptional professionalism. They also went through all my AC ducting in the attic, ensuring everything was operating to maximum efficiency. Nick was honest from the very beginning with time frames pricing and realistic expectations on choosing a new unit. Thank you for making my home comfortable again Nick!

I used them through home warranty. They came once and never came back. They did not return my calls or home warranty calls. My home warranty had to end up sending another company to my house. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also told my home warranty they should not command in this company to anybody else.
