Ideal was the man. Quick, polite and informative. Walked us through the issue. Demonstrated the fix was working in the house and showed the temperature of the air. Said it was a simpler fix and did it all with a smile. Hope to get this guy again if I ever need help with the unit.

Desert Diamond is an excellent company to deal with. They gave us a great price on our new Trane AC/heat pump package unit with quality installation, and they provide professional and courteous service. Technician Isaac performed a periodic inspection on our unit today and he arrived on time, was very courteous, and did a great job.

Was first referred through home warranty. Nice guys and very informative with what our issues were with the ac. Ended up getting an new ac and they did a great job. Here we are, not even 2 years after installation of our mini-split and it doesn't work. Again. This place is atrocious to deal with. While giving the worst customer service, they told us how excellent their service is, as evidenced by their reviews. They're great when you don't have a problem. Beware if you have any issues!

Miguel arrived on time. His appearance (clean uniform) and manners were impeccable.Miguel spent 1.5 hours inspecting and testing our 10 year old A/C, and recommended some maintenance, went over the details of what he found, with photos, assigned a priority to the recommended repairs, and provided a verbal estimate (which the office later confirmed in writing). I felt no pressure to make the repairs. A few hours after Miguel departed, I opted to accept their estimate.

Was an after hours call, repair man showed up about 10pm and diagnosed the problem to be just a fuse. The after hours repair with parts was under $200. This was a surprise to me because I figured under my cirmstances my bill was going to be at least $500 even if it was just a fuse! Repair man had me up and going in less than 1 hour. Very professional experience and Howard Air is now my first and only call for ac work.

Once again, we received excellent product, installation and customer service from Howard Air. A second air conditioner was needed at our house, and as soon as I called about it, customer service took the ball quickly and sales rep Scott helped make it happen along with a terrific installation crew that did excellent work.
