I like the supervisor (Jerry) that was assisting along the way, He always responds the messages on time and he's follow up is accurate. Other then that i just hope the job last long because we spend a lot of money, i can't say much because we just got our A/C units done today however We'll see in few months or years.

Dakota was right on time. Very professional and kind! Walked me through everything step by step and even made a video for me! Great service!

Temperature Pro was able to come out on just 24 hour notice. The technician was very nice and professional. After just buying our first home, my fiance and I noticed that we had terrible airflow going to our master bedroom. We thought that we had a major issue that would cost a lot of money. The technician (forgot his name) found a piece of card board or foam that was blocking our vent. It was probably used to help airflow but became detached. We received pictures of the piece and airflow is back to normal. If you are looking for an honest company, that responds quickly, I would choose temperature pro all day!

We contacted several air conditioning companies to replace duct work in our house. Sometimes duct work is just as important as replacing the air conditioner itself. We were shocked at how many air conditioning companies in the valley refused to do any duct work repair until it was convenient for them in the fall or the winter. Reeis on the other hand knew the importance of bad duct work and came to our rescue immediately. I can be a very negative and critical person. Reeis promptly sent three spectacular technicians and did a spectacular job. They balanced everything and even adjusted the air conditioner while they were here. We are very appreciative.

Taps, Henri, & John did a wonderful job on my AC unit install. They were punctual, professional, kind and courteous to my tenant during install. Really appreciate Jessica and Joanna being nice on the phone. Many businesses just dont care about or are appreciative of the work people give them. Not this crew. Good people to work with ! Comfort Experts Ryan Constrom one of the owners submitted a fair quote using upscale equipment Carrier. They installed everything in 5 hours. The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. If you have questions just text Ryan and he answers within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Comfort Experts. Remember you get what you pay for.

Howard Air did what they committed to do, and did a top notch job. Out of 3 quotes, they were in the middle for new A/C and gas furnace. However, the scope of work was better defined, and we got a TRANE 4 ton unit. The other 2 companies were brands that I hadn't heard of. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time, started working, and I don't think they stopped until they got done 7 hrs later. Nice clean setup, answered all my questions, briefed me on the new programmable thermostat. Cleaned up the debris. Never hurried, just very efficient, courteous, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They were great!

Its very simple - Stop looking at reviews and call Five Star Air Conditioning immediately. We had no a/c for 2 weeks. We were working with one of the “bigger” companies in the area and after getting the run around for 2 long weeks, one of our friends recommended calling Five Star. Im so glad we did. Great service, very knowledgeable and professional. AC had been struggling to keep up with extreme heat this summer and finally stopped cooling bedrooms. I called a local highly rated ac guy who came out checked system pressure said all was good.
Darrel from Island breeze came out check entire system, explained everything he checked and his findings and what it all meant. He was able to complete repairs in a timely fashion and advised do's and don't to prolong ac life span. Bedrooms back to cool.

They were nice on the phone but don't expect to buy parts from them if your not a contractor. They weren't able to help me but they did refer another company that was able to assist me.
