Our repair tech, Cody did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing our a.c. unit. He did not try to sell us or push us into buying things we don't need. Unlike other companies I have encountered, I trust Desert Diamond and know them as an excellent company and I will continue to be a customer.

I had been calling around to get a qoute on getting my Unit in out business fixed and everyone was telling me they had to go and check it out and had to pay a fee, when i called i spoke to Mariana she was soo quick to give me an estimate just by the infor i gave her and go someone out next day.

I wish I could highlight all of the above. In speaking with Amy about installing a new HVAC she was responsive, professional, punctual and I could tell while talking with her the quality and value A & M Mechanical offers. I wish my experience was the same. I am going on 10 days with a broken ac and the company has become MIA and not filling their report as required. They have not reached out to complete repairs.

There are a great many positives things i would like to say were wonderful right from speaking with Robin who is wonderfully intelligent about the entire AC Heat business, to the Finance assistance and help i received from Stacy to Cameron who installed a wonderful new Trane heat pump unit. This is a top notch company who answers the phone consistently and responsively. I am not getting paid to say any of this and it is sincere. It is horrible to be without AC on AZ and this company came thru!

Called on a SUNDAY morning to see if he could replace fan on AC system. He was very busy that morning but still managed to come within a couple of hours and fix it and didn't gouge on the price or charge for weekend. Very professional and prompt. George explained everything that had to be done with our system in detail to us and got it back to working full capacity. By doing just a couple of things, this will save us on the SRP bill a lot. We signed up for his service plan only because George was extremely nice and explained the plan to us in detail which would eventually save us money over the years. We called and they came right out. A/C was completely shot so Daniel brought us a couple of portable A/C units to use until we could get the new system installed. Daniel and his team showed up right on time and you could not even tell they were there. Very polite and professional. Great company to work with.
