Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

They arrived a few hours after the call.(promised within 4 hours but came much sooner). They were polite, thorough. They were easy to reach. They were very neat about removing items from the damaged areas.They were very pleasant and answered any questions that I had. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

Had a need for water damage restoration services after my reverse osmosis unit leaked under my kitchen sink. Frank and Greg did a wonderful job putting back my kitchen as if it never happened in the first place . I was really worried about mold because I have kids and the service that Next Gen Restoration AZ did put my mind at ease ! These guys are scammers... if they suggest asbestos/mold testing only allow testing through FiberQuant Arizona, who charges $85 for 5-layer testing and doesn't round up. I've seen their testing costs at $2300 - compared to the same test at $85 elsewhere. Another thing, they started work on one of our properties without permission to enter the property - they'd already started setting up their equipment and their quote was $4400 for the work... we called someone else in and got the work done for $250. They prey on people not knowing what really needs to be done, and it's downright criminal. They also are rude... they were parked in a fire lane where traffic from our entire condo building must pass through in order to get to work or get out of the building, and refused to move to accommodate people who need to get to work. Would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this company.... ever.

Best cleaning service I have ever experienced. I was very happy with the detail they put on cleaning my home, every thing I wanted cleaned was cleaned beyond my expectations. If your needing cleaning service done and at a great price this is the place.

Exceptional customer service!!! Bob was on time every day and explained in detail how they would be proceeding with the work required in our home. Both Bob and Ryan provided professionalism through every step of their process for getting the job completed! It was a pleasure having them in our home and doing their part in the process of making us whole again.

The sad thing is the people who did the restoration work on my flooded apartment did more damage to my things than the flood itself. To top it off, they refuse to cooperate with my insurance company. It took approximately 10 days after the flood for me to be able to move back in. Upon coming home I noticed scratches on walls, doors and my dresser and bed. The dresser cost $4000 and the bed frame $3000 and we're only purchased a few months prior. The worst thing is that per my neighbors they left my front door open the entire time they were doing work on my unit. This includes at night when no one was there. They didn't lock up! Luckily nothing was stolen. Avoid this business like the plague.

They did a fantastic job on rebuilding our bathroom after a slab leak. The quality of work was great and we were very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend!

They knew what they were doing, how they were going to do it, and were honest through throughout the project. Last Thursday morning I woke up to my water heater making a spurting sound and a ton of water in the garage. The panic that set in!! We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

During a stressful time after water damage to my home, I was very surprised that every staff member that entered my home was professional, couteous, even respectful of our home and belongings.
