I purchased new A/C units from Brandon Rambo. He went above and beyond making calls at night coming out on the weekend. The units were installed quickly within 2 days. There was a miscommunication regarding some duct cleaning to be preformed which was frustrating; however, I contacted Brandon and he insured the work promised was completed. One of the units had a leak and this was also addressed within the week. All work was completed within the week. Employees were largely professional and polite they ensured they cleaned up any messes created by the install/drywall work or duct cleaning. All appointments were punctual (except 1). Overall I’m happy with our purchase and the services provided

Home Warranty technicians came out after going without air 5 days and and said they found the problem and fixed it. And then two hours after they left warm air is blowing through air vents again. Callef AZ Perfect Comfor they arrived the next morning fixed the problem. And we're living happily ever after with cool air.

The repair was fine and reasonable.The Freon needed topped off but he would not do it because he said he needed to check for a Freon leak. It was only down 2 pounds in 5 years. Not much!So we just wanted to top off, but he wouldn’t do it. We feel they just wanted to charge us more.
