Hays Plumbing and Drain, and service technician, Ian were fantastic! After getting estimates from four other companies, I choose Hays because Ian came right over, gave a very competitive estimate, was beaming with confidence in getting the difficult job done, and promised fast service. When the time came for the two sewage ejection pumps to be installed, Ian came over early in the morning, replaced the old pumps with the two new ones, and made it work!

We have been customers of North Valley Mechanical for nearly twenty years. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. And they always know what to do to make the AC units run well. Our regular technician, David, is truly remarkable. He has kept our units running for 15 plus years.

1st Choice should have been my first choice, but started w/the company that installed unit less than 1 yr. ago when I got up this A.M. to a 77 degree house. After 5 “no can do’s till tomorrow, 1st Choice came to the rescue! Tori, who took call was very friendly, & James was also. He was very thorough, found the problem, gave us the price, and got it up & running. He explained everything & took pictures of the Freon leaking out of hole in pipe. Definitely service w/a friendly attitude. Makes the pricey tab less painful. The service call was less than what everyone else was charging & was credited to final tab. Definitely recommend!

I had a poor experience with another company that tried to rob me on a new unit and regular tune ups. The owner of sun devil gave me a killer deal on a new unit in 2017 and great follow up service since! They have a great team and solid leadership in Gerardo!!! Hassle-free, Great service, and knowledgeable techs!!

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

The dismantling of our old A/C and installation of the new roof top A/C went perfectly and couldn’t have been better. Everyone was exactly on time and so organized. The job was completed much earlier than expected. The crew was great and Juan was terrific,, so professional and knowledgeable.

This is an update on my previous review of AZ Best in Sedona, AZ. An error was made in the billing process resulting in an overcharge, this error has been corrected along with additional compensation for my trouble. The work the technician performed was very professional and he arrived on time and the office staff was very helpful and courteous. Thank you.

Taps Ojalehto came out today to service my AC Fan Motor which was getting ancient and smelled a little hot. He did great service, Price was in line, and very professional. I'd have him back in a heart beat, and wanted to take the time to give a good guy, *****5 STARS !!

I contacted Arcadia Air for a quote on a whole new AC unit. Back story: the home we moved until was a rebuild. It had burned down and built from the ground up. When we purchased the home we were made aware if this. We thought we were walking into a brand new home as we were told everything was new. 3 years into our family living in the home our AC suddenly stopped working on one of the hottest days. I called another big named company who came out and replaced a blown fuse for $375. Finally the AC was working again. We dodged a bullet, so we thought. 2 weeks later the AC stops working again, this time the condensor and a few blown wires. Called the same big name company and they did the repair again. Cool, finally got it working. 48hrs later the same dang problem. Called the company back and argued it was the same issue that just fixed. With hesitation they came out and fixed the issue but this tech informed us the unit was 9 YEARS OLD AND REFURBISHED. I couldn't believe it as the house is only 4 years old. Fast foward to last week May 15th. We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel and my husband needed to go into the attic. He quickly yelled for me to show me the AC air handler. I couldn't believe that I saw the pan was missing, the unit was leaking and badly rusted. I submitted a request for quotes and Arcadia Air for back to me in a matter of minutes. They said they could come out as soon as tomorrow (Monday) morning. The tech came out, evaluated my AC unit and gave it to me straight. It was worse than we thought. The air handler was installed wrong, missing catch pans, leaking, wired wrong, mold starting to grow and it was only a matter of time before it would fall through the ceiling. The price for the new unit was very reasonable along with the EXCEPTIONAL warranty on parts, labor etc. than the others. Day of installation, I met the owner Jimmy, the techs showed up on time, hauled away the old unit, didn't make a mess and let me know when they were almost finished. My house is now cooling perfectly. I paid for the AC unit outright but they offer financing options if needed. I highly recommend Arcadia Air. Jimmy and his team went above and beyond for us.

Goliath Mechanical did an excellent job doing a maintenance check on my air conditioning system and recommending necessary repairs. I will be using them for all my future needs!!

Cory was great! Straight shooter, not pushy. He answered all my questions and went over many options. Worked with me on the best option and the best price. Another company asked for a chance to beat the price and when I gave them the number and what was included they told me to run with it because they couldn’t come close.Cory also gave me recommendations on other things I can do improve our efficiency as well as what technicians to request for the maintenance on my system(that’s part of the package we purchased). Told me that if I have any questions or issues to call him. Not the typical I just sold the unit now I’m going to pass you on to customer service.I would highly recommend them. I was referred to them by my CFO due to the great service they provide and so far I can see why.

George and his crew have turned our business around. We had terrible air conditioning. We have tried to have companies repair for years. George came in and redid our air and it has been spectacular. We would recommend them to anyone. 10 stars if we could!!!
