Amazing! I can’t say enough great things about Penguin Air and our technician Jimmy Browne. Our A/C decided to go out at 9pm on a Sunday night. The dispatcher was very professional and had someone out within 1 hour. Jimmy inspected the unit and found the problem right away, got the part installed and even found a burnt wire that was a fire hazard. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be using Penguin again - and requesting Jimmy.

My father recommended Sun Devil Heating & Cooling when one of my units went down. He has used them on multiple occasions and was very impressed. I called Sun Devil on a Wednesday evening and was surprised and grateful they stopped by after a job that evening. Gerardo and his team quickly got to work on the unit, unfortunately it was not fixable. Let’s be honest the unit was well over 18 years old and held together with bubblegum and duct tape, it was time. Gerardo made a few calls and managed to locate two units and squeezed us in on Friday. Did I mentioned he gave us a great deal on higher quality units and installation? He did! Sun Devil Heating & Cooling is the only AC company I trust now! Gerardo and his team are true professionals.

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! Received 2 other bids for new AC/Furnace. Both companies were switching back n forth on equipment recommendations then labor costs. Lost all confidence. I used Mike from Cactus Mechanical a few years back so decided to call him. BEST move I have ever made!!! He is extremely knowledgeable & his recommendations were spot on. Very reasonably & competitively priced. The 4 man crew installed both units (2.5 & 3.5 ton) in under 8 hrs. EXTREMELY pleased with results, equipment & overall company.

When I moved in my house the a/c wasn't working. It was over 90° inside. I noticed the company's name in the system Day & Night. I called spoke to Erin she was professional, great customer service skill. She got me a tech to come out to my house that same day. Greg was the technicians name. He was great. Professional, nice and explained what was happening and what needed to happen to get the a/c working. It was a good experience and would refer anyone to use Day& Night. They're awesome.

I want to give their team and the owner Frank a big thx’s . My husband and I contacted this company due to some of the reviews , and I‘m actually shocked to see how great the results were. They came out to give me an estimate last Tuesday, then had my ac up and running by Wednesday due to my crazy schedule . (I was so glad they were able to work around that as well). They really took interests in stuff which I thought were the problems , and from there they were able to explain the procedures they were going to do, which I was thankful for because I didn’t want them making adjustments I might’ve not approved . This company is amazing and great to work with. Our AC unit went down several times over a three day period and they sent a tech each day that we called. Sam, the General Manager, even came out himself on a Saturday to get the unit up and running. We ended up having Temperature Pro replace our full HVAC system and they were able to fit us in rather quickly and did an outstanding job. AZ Perfect Comfort rescued me when my previous HVAC provider went MIA. In addition, my previous provider was insisting that various parts on my system needed updated. AZ Perfect Comfort acted with honesty and great ethics and told me I had a terrific system and that was everything was fine. I can't speak highly enough of the company and my appreciation how they treat customers.

Kyle arrived early. After thoroughly checking out the AC unit, he determined that my issue might be with the thermostat, which he replaced. Hopefully that solves the problem.

Unfortunately, thermostat wasn't the problem. Kyle ended up replacing the AC circuit breaker. This cost me several hundred dollars ?. I live in an older home and expect things to need replacing from time to time.

It's an awesome Career that I was blessed with the opportunity to learn something I enjoy, giving service to the customer!
