He located the problem and followed through on all necessary steps and parts needed to make the unit function correctly. He was professional and explained what steps he was taking to fix the problem. We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: Aaron and Travis were back to finish the job today and did excellent work. They've been out to my property multiple times in the past month and are always excellent in their service. Hobaica has always sent skilled, professional, kind workers and they have been great about fitting my very limited scheduling windows. Thank you!

Previous Review: They were unable to complete the repair today but were very professional through the process, trouble-shooting many possible solutions and keeping me informed, and staying for many hours trying to solve the problem. They will return at another date with additional tools and materials to complete the job. Their extra effort above and beyond expectations is very appreciated.

Andrew and Mike installed a whole house carbon water filtration system for us; from arriving first thing in the morning to assess our needs and make a proposal to completing the installation, they were done in one day! Andrew and Myke were able to accomplish this because they are professionals who are completely supported by the Day & Night organization. Expert who knew what he was doing! Didn't get to meet him in person because he was working on A/C in a house we had for sale in Phoenix. Had everything taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time with a reasonable bill. I would recommend Howard Air to anyone needing A/C help.

I had installed a level 2 EV charger at my home and I needed someone to come and make sure it was working okay. The guy that came was super nice. He told me I needed to change the breaker in the breaker box from a 50amp to a 40amp but everything else looked okay. I made the change and ever since then I’ve had nothing but problems with my charger. The plug itself started overheating, the holder that the wiring and the plug was put into in the wall melted and started burning, the charger when it was plugged into the plug melted the plastic off and now the charger is basically unusable. I reached out to our builders electrician and he told me I shouldn’t have changed anything and I should go back to the original setup. Now I have to buy a new charger which is $700 and buy all new parts for the wall outlet.

My air conditioner has been out since Monday, today is Thursday, the weather this week has been over 110 degrees every day. I have called them no less than 50 times and so has AHS, no answer...extremely unhappy, dissatisfied and will no doubt never use them again and will cancel AHS unreliable and a waste of money...oh but they got their $100.00 on Monday, that sounds fair...right?

Chris did an exceptional job checking out our air conditioning system and explain everything in detail what he was doing and what he was looking for. Chris was very thorough and detailed, taking his time to make sure that I was satisfied with the service he was performing. He also offered suggestions/options for future consideration to make the best possible decision when we decide to replace our system.

I called for a second estimate on my furnace. Scott with Howard Air did a thorough check on my unit and found nothing the other company gave me the estimate on replacing. He was here for over an hour where as Hobaica was here for maybe 30 minutes at the most and came back with their diagnosis’ and an estimate of over $1100 to fix my furnace. After delays getting back to me , I called Howard and scheduled an appt for the next day. Sure glad I did. He explained everything in terms I could understand and his diagnosis’. Once again very thorough and completely satisfied and my furnace is now working. I will use Howard Air for all my furnace and air conditioning needs. Thanks Scott and Howard Air.

This is one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They showed up early and really took care of my issues and very competitive pricing. They even found a bad breaker and replaced it for me. I will use these guys for the rest of my existence, and recommend them to anyone that needs their services! Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

Troy and his staff are such a blessing to work with. Chris came out today for maintenance and was awesome!

Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.

Sean from SMW came to assist me with setting up my new NEST thermostat and was very professional and patient with my lack of being tech savvy. He walked me through the entire process. I thought I would have a huge expense of rewiring my system but he found the problem and he was honest with his assessment of the situation and it ultimately only cost me an hour of labor. Thank you for your assistance and honesty Sean, and thank you Wayne for running an honest company. I have found my AC/heat company for all future issues!!
