Best Cleaning Out in Phoenix AZ

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

We are thrilled with our new bathroom from Re-Bath. Our sales team, Jim and Steve were great. Totally understood what we were looking for and did not pressure us at all. They were very cost conscious on our behalf and encouraged using “sweat equity” to achieve every last little detail we wanted (we like DIY projects). Aaron, James and Corey our demo/install team were top notch. These are exactly the kind of guys you want working on your project! They were extremely professional, friendly and kept us up to date every step of the way. The products in our bathroom are of excellent quality. From start to finish, TWD was nothing short of fantastic! They worked around my schedule, helped me stay within my budget and kept me informed. Steven did the transformation of the main bathroom in our house! He not only arrived on time everyday, but early! He was very thorough and very friendly. Since I have to little ones in the house, he left the exhaust fan with us so that we could continue to pump out the fumes. The smell wasn't too bad, just very strong. A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Great place to work for

We recently moved in to our house, and one of the first items on our list was to replace two picture windows with windows that open. When the glass company was replacing the second of the windows, they found mold and rot in the wall. A local religious organization I’m in maintains a list of recommended contractors. AM/PM was on the list, and when I googled them, I was astounded to see that a contractor got such good reviews. I booked them immediately - and I’m here to add one more. They’ve been communicative, responding immediately over email, and have done excellent, precise work. When they fell behind on the timeline because one of their workers didn’t come in one day, they offered to work over the weekend to make it up. Our project lead even offered to drive over and show me tile samples because I wasn’t understanding the type that was needed for the shower floor. Who does that? They also worked seamlessly with our homeowners insurance company. I’m still in awe that this has been such a smooth experience. I recommend them without reservation.

Using a general contractor like Innovative Custom Contractors is a great experience! Not only are they professional and transparent with pricing and communication, they can help with any remodel project, remediation needs; they can even help you with a new or remodeled pool! One stop shopping for these services makes life so much easier!

Be careful of this contractor he seems to think he's to good to do certain types of homes. He told us that he picks and chooses the homes that are worth his company's time and told us he didn't need our business. HE WAS VERY RUDE I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
