Best Cleaning Out in Phoenix AZ

Had another company pump out my septic the day before Az Septic came out. The baffle and main pipe comming to the tank was somehow broken off. The other company game me a minimum quote for repairs at over twice the cost of Az Septic with a 3-5 day repair at 180.00 an hour and other charges that I didn't understand. I called Az Septic for a second opinion and they quoted me less than half of the other company with no additional charges and did it in about two hours. I would highly recommend this company and will let all my neighbors know.

Great company. I called all around to have a septic company come out and this company was able to come out within the week to inspect and pump out my septic. The owner is really nice and got back to me in a timely manner. Was very professional and quick. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs there septic pumped or inspected.

We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Will definitely use him and Quality again!! Thank you!

Everyone I dealt with was just awesome. This was a costly repair that I didn’t see coming and they just made it easy for me to get fixed. But not only that recommended a company who found and potentially prevented a bigger major issue at my home. They explained everything to me from start to finish. I knew exactly what was gonna be done when. I will say if I had one negative thing to say. I originally picked a day that I would not miss work for the repairs to be completed. But that appointment was canceled with I don’t believe enough notice. I get it stuff happens but this cancellation indeed cause me to miss work which was frustrating. If I had to do this whole experience all over again(hopefully I won’t) I would still choose them.

I cannot say enough good things about Cave Creek Septic Service! I called with a question regarding an above ground, broken PVC pipe. It would have been easy for Ed to come out but he told us it was a simple fix, something we could do ourselves and actually walked us through the steps. He also told us to make sure we maintained our filter and even took the time to pull up the property plans for our home to help us determine where it would be located.

It’s hard to find a company that is willing to put the customer first and not just worry about making a sale. Especially in the midst of this pandemic, the time Ed put in today was invaluable and beyond appreciated. I have already recommended Cave Creek Septic to several others after my experience today and plan on using them in the future when needed.

I needed a septic tank pumped within a week. Since this is not something I do on a regular basis, I wasn't sure where to go. I used Google to search for companies in the Phoenix area. The first company I called made it sound like a major project. When I called A American Septic, Waley Witham told me that it shouldn't be a major project. He was able to access my house plans and locate where my septic was most likely located. He sent me an email with a very fair estimate.

Within a week, Taylor from A American Septic showed upto take care of the job. I was concerned since I didn't know the exact location of my septic tank that a major part of my land scaping would have to be dug up.

Taylor took care of locating the tank within a few minutes of arriving (I have lived in the house 26 years and never knew where the tank was). After Taylor located the tank, he began digging. The amount of landscaping that was disturbed was a small area of about 5X5 feet. Taylor knocked the job out in a short time and put the landscaping back as if he was never there. I was very impressed!! The price I was charged was the low end of the quote that Waley quoted me.

I normally check Google for ratings before I hire a company to do work that I am not familiar with. I am writing this rating for others that also use ratings to find reliable companies. This company does exactly what it says and doesn't have any hidden costs. I would give the 6 stars if it was available.

Used this company 4 times in the last 2 years. Very responsive, professional. Everybody seems to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They kept me updated on every single step. No surprises. I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

Using this company was a fluke. We dialed the wrong number, but we're still looking for a plumber. The lady was very friendly and we decided to use them (especially because they are family owned). 2 guys came (Christobal and John Paul) and they were very friendly and professional. They did the work needed and left. We had to call them back twice, but each time they came back without any complaints. They did not put us off, complain or appear annoyed at any time. The last time they actually waited around a bit to make sure everything was good. Thank you for being friendly, professional and fairly priced. We will call again if needed.

This is the last time I use this company, I scheduled and appointment on Thursday 4/1/21 for an A/C tune up. The technician showed up and did the tune up on our A/C unit, while working he informed us that a capacitor needed to be replaced. We agreed to exchanging the part since the unit was under the tolerance level. After we agree he informs us that he does not have the part on hand and would need to comeback Friday 4/2 to replaced the part. We agreed and said that would be fine, I paid in cash a total of $277.83. Friday comes around I waited all day once 6pm rolled around I called the company to find out when the technician would arrive since I wasted my entire day waiting for an email/text message or phone call informing me they would be on their way. When I called I got the answering service and they informed me that the technician that came to my house on Thursday had not scheduled any appointments or documented a need for a follow up visit for Friday. Then the answering service informed me that at this point all they could do is schedule something for Saturday at 4pm. Well Saturday came and the technician never showed up, even the answering service didn't have a answer as to why no technician had shown up. But one thing they were real quick and efficient on was taking my money!

Update: After a Month and Half of calling I finally received my money back.

We’ve hired Clint several times now for a few issues that popped up in our home. He has consistently provided exceptional service and I have 100% confidence in his repairs. I rarely write reviews but I know how hard it can be to find trustworthy tradesmen. I highly recommend Clint if you want the job done right the first time. Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

Had some water backing up in the house Sunday afternoon, determined it was a full septic system and started calling pumping companies. Received a quick call back from Josh and he was able to fit me in the schedule first thing Monday.(I didn't receive any calls back from the other companies) Josh and his crew showed up early and got right to work. Problemo solved!

What an experience, my house was flooded on a Tuesday night. My knowledge was so minimum with my system, after trying to figure it out through the night I figured that my septic was full ?.

I called Ajax the next day and within a couple of hours Sean was able to help me. Now I know that my system has to be checked every other year. ?

Called to get on the schedule on a Wednesday. Said they could come out same day because they were in the area, but it didn't fit with our schedule. Tried to schedule for Friday but they didn't have any other jobs in our area so they cancelled. Dispatch was very friendly and willing to try to get to us Thursday, but again didn't didn't work with our schedule. Will try again next week.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.
