Probably THE BEST contractor/electrician I have ever dealt with. He’s professional, honest, skillful and solution oriented. Get the job done right the first time. We’ve used One Shot Installation for a handful of job because we know it will be done correctly and in a timely fashion.

Late Saturday night (around 10:30) our 1k gal pond pump broke and ended up shorting out other outlets in our home. I had tried contacting 16 companies to see if anyone would be able to assist us considering that we have fish and other live aquatic animals and plants in our pond.Within 45 minutes of contacting George Brazil, John E. and Chad showed up. They walked me through the entire evaluation, as well as, the process of what went wrong and what they recommended should be done. I agreed and throughout their time here, not only did they take the time to play fetch with my pups, they were polite, friendly, and absolutely met and exceeded my expectations.

Most small wiring I can handle confidently but a 220 I felt I should leave to a professional with all the equipment. I've worked in enough new house builds to spot shoddy work. I was really happy with the finished product. The tech (Chase) they sent out was very professional, and quick. I would recommend this company's services.

I used Fixer recently to make repairs related to a home sale. The technician was on time, asked questions to clearly understand the day’s objectives and used his time wisely. His work was excellent and I’ll definitely use Fixer in the future.

Second and 3rd trip out were just as pleasant. After troubleshooting a leak, we now have replacement hot water heater. The point important to me is the sincerity exhibited in the service. Shawn would tied delicately to ensure his work was and the customer’s satisfaction were equal. We will call Parker again.We asked that our hot water tank be serviced and to change or evaluate the anode rod. The service person was sincere and helpful. He could have easily changed and charged us for it but instead quoted the price for replacement, checked it, and explained that it wasn’t ready to change. Gave us a timeline as to when we could estimate it would require changing and met this picky woman’s expectations.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST.
