We enclosed a patio into a new room connecting to the house. Existing A/C unit was ancient and even a little small for the existing space, let alone the addition. Because the single thermostat was far away from the new room I assumed we'd need a dual thermostat arrangement. Expert talked me off that more expensive solution and explained how adding a return in the new room and setting the thermostat to run on for 10 min, and off for 20 min would equalize the temp throughout the house and only require a single thermostat. A much cheaper & easier solution. After ~9 months experience with the new unit & ducting we actually spent LESS on cooling this summer than in previous summers despite adding 200 sq ft to be cooled. The installation was perfect, but the design phase was the crucial element in this and that's what makes Expert better than the bigger names.

The most outstanding professionals I've ever met. We worked with Justin, Jared, and Branden for an HVAC system for my relative Adriana. First off, safety and cleanliness was top priority. They placed paper mats down through the house, wore shoe covers, and cleaned up immediately after small messes. The care they took on our home was so respectful and deeply appreciated. They were well-mannered and spoke softly and compassionately to everyone in the household. Our pesky dogs barking in the closed room didn't deter them nor jade their attitude. They made small talk and built rapport with us. When the job was done, they went above and beyond to explain every last detail so we would be fully knowledgeable about the work that was done. If I could do more than 5 stars, I honestly would.

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

The P-trap under my sink was damaged by another contractor while he was installing a new dishwasher.I called Day & Night for repair service at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Day & Night hustled to schedule a plumber (Jared) for 4pm that evening. Jared completly replaced the damaged plumbing parts and re-routed (cleaned up) the under sink drains.The repair took the better part of 2 hours. The quality of the work is outstanding.My only beef is the bill which was over $600. Still, I would call Day & Night again if needed because of the fast response and I know the job was done right.

John and his team responded to a leak and damage situation at our offices in less than 2 hours. They diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Best in class. Knowledgeable and responsive. Came out and said there was a leak, added 3.8lbs of 410a for $200 (50$/lb). Said everything was working great now, stopped cooling hours later- came back out and the unit was completely empty somehow (12lbs, -$600). Took apart the unit, bending the back side of the unit in the process because he forgot to remove a screw, pulled the wires from the compressor fan completely through the unit and set the fan against my fence. Found the leak and said it would be a $1900 repair with looking at nothing but the calculator app on his phone. Asked if he could give me a few quotes for new models and he said he would the next day. Screwed the fan back in while i was standing out there watching the whole time and didn't hook the unit back up how it was when he arrived, fan completely disconnected. Seemed disgruntled when i said he needed to put it back how it was when he arrived. That was July 26th and I still have not received any quotes or any callbacks. I would not recommend this company. I had another company come out and they were able to weld and repair the leak for a much more reasonable price, something that was not even an option on the table with Comfort Experts.

Our 2 new Trane systems were installed last week by the best 4 man crew. They respected our home, keep us informed about progress, answered all our questions, enjoyed working together and kept a very clean job site! I would highly recommend Howard Air for your AC needs. Entire process was smooth, on time and as promised.
