When the compressor in our air conditioner failed, Mike worked hard with our home warranty company to ensure we were properly cared for. As soon as the parts were ordered, and work was authorized, Mike and Tim were at our home pulling out the old unit, just in time for the new unit to arrive. They plowed through the whole replacement of the split system in a single visit, getting it done in around 8 hours, in the middle of summer (I have no idea how they are able to stand the heat!). A huge thank you to Mike and Tim, for doing high quality work so quickly! Our family is enjoying the new A/C system.

Techs were so professional and kind d. Marcell completely explained the process and the cost. His manager, Myke was friendly and knowledgeable. Both men were a joy to work with.

Dave was a really great tech! He was very good at explaining everything and came up with an idea for a heat deflector that was a great solution to our A/C problem.

Everyone is amazing to work with. Great customer service, even after the job was completed. We needed a new unit and being 9 months pregnant with a crazy toddler, they made me a priority. I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work. Our AC unit had to be replaced during the height of summer. The expense of replacing an AC unit is no joke! We took our time and reseached for the best service provider because we knew who installs the HVAC unit is more important than the type of unit we buy. We spent two weeks interviewing 8 HVAC contractors and decided to go with Preferred Air over other top listed HVAC companies. Preferred Air gave us the most thorough inspection of our home and the bid was competitive! They are the only one who discussed about duct system, insulation, proper registers per room and took pictures of the attic to help explain the type of work they will perform. Daniel part-owner is very knowlegable and honest. He sat down with us and gave us detailed assessment and information to help us make informed decision. He never pushed anything on us. Daniel answered our follow up questions and provided us with requested documentations promptly. I highly recommend Preferred Air! CHECK THIS COMPANY OUT! They are Better Business Bureau accredited with no complaints. They did a superb job from start to finish. 3 workers showed up on install day and on time. The wokers are all part owners so they really do care about the quality of their workmanship. Daniel came back few days after the install to make sure our home is comfortable. Our family give Preferred Air 10 stars for the premium installation of our AC unit.

Will did a fine job and was professional once he arrived. But Please note the arrival time frame was supposed to be between 7 am and 12 noon but tech arrived around 12:45. I called customer service at 8 pm to obtain an estimate of timeframe and was told I was first on the techs list. The estimate provided was approximately 10 am. That wasn’t very professional to give false expectations. Don’t make any plans for the day!
