Carter came out to repair one leak on a cracked pipe he inspected it and brought to my attention 3 other repairs needed. He was very professional and did not try to play salesman but inform me what repairs also needed to be addressed. Would highly recommend them.

Billy Easley came to service our heat pump which was installed last year. To say that he is knowledgeable and professional is an understatement. He took his time and in our opinion was very thorough. We've had Billy for AC issues in the past and we could give him all the same praise. A 5 star for sure.

Came home & AC was blowing hot. Called Pamela & Kevin was out next morning promptly. Discovered my unit was pretty old & compressor was shot. A new unit was in order as I suspected. Got a good deal with a new Carrier unit, install & easy on the spot financing. Was able to coordinate the install fir a couple days later. Adrian, Tim & crew showed up as scheduled & made quick work of the install. 1.5 hours & I was able to go into work as usual. I will be using them going forward.

They were very honest when I asked them if we needed new units when ours broke. Very quickly said with regular maintenance and a fuse fix, we should get 3-5 more years out of them. I have mixed feelings about the service. The technician, Dwayne, was extremely professional. He was able to unclog the main line through the roof vent. He was here for two hours.The mixed feeling comes from the cost of the service. I recently bought the property and I am a first-time home owner. The toilet started overflowing at 4 am in the morning. The unit has a shared main line and the clog originated from another unit. We were able to bucket the water into the shower until the 8am appointment. We weren't sure what to do nor what the cost would be. It cost $917. After researching online, the average cost for cleaning the main line is between $350 and $600.He said the cost reflected the need to use two snakes, but the pictures provided only show one snake being used.We planned on using Parker and Sons for an AC replacement as the house's AC needs to be replaced. The customer service has been great, but something doesn't feel right about the cost for the main line cleaning.

Today was a great experience with Larvell , the technician who came out to do a routine check on our air conditioning units! He was thorough, took his time, and explained everything he saw in terms of the units. Since we have wood floors, I appreciated him taking the time to cover his shoes before entering our house. Goliath Mechanical heating and cooling get an A++++ from me!!

So far my ac is working good. Let's see if it will survive another summer
