Bathroom tub wasn't draining properly. The tech showed up on time, was friendly and professional, The problem was old owner installed a piece that was wrong for the type of shower. Literally took under 5 minutes for him to figure out. Didn't make me feel incompetent for not knowing. Gave me a tip to to save money on a part we discussed based on a question i had asked. More importantly Didn't try to do something more or add services that weren't needed ..AKA...HONEST!! I think his name is Kevin. Would definately use again if we have another problem. Kevin would be good for teaching others about great customer service.

My A/C units were acting funny and when I ran the upstairs circulation fan I smelled something that smelled hot'. I called Hays this morning, not expecting an appointment for several days because of the Independence Day holiday. They found a slot for me and Dominique was here at 1:30. One of the units was low on Freon and the circulation fan had burned out and needed replacement. By the time he climbed into the attic the outside temperature had climbed to 108. He made no complaints, filled the Freon, had a replacement fan on his truck. he was here until after 6 this evening. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgable, and I have every confidence in the quality of his repairs.

I had an A/C repair need on a Friday at midday. Penguin Air answered my call right away and sent out Nathan within a few hours. He was very polite and professional and my A/C was working in less than an hour because he was ready with the necessary part. I am very satisfied with the service and will call on Penguin Air again if I ever need have another A/C issue.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

When our water heater died, we called Hobaica had absolutely fantastic service throughout the entire process of replacement. Our initial contact was with Melissa, who took all the information and was incredibly thorough and detail oriented. She was incredibly helpful and is clearly a people-person! Scott D. was our service rep; he called 20 minutes before he arrived and arrived well within the service window. He did fantastic work and was cheerful to boot, even though he was replacing a water heater in a 108- degree outdoor structure. He made sure I knew how to set the pilot and he cleaned everything up before he left. Fantastic, prompt, and courteous service. Five stars and won't call anyone else in the future!

The technician was on-time and polite, masked, etc. He diagnosed my installed unit and recommended a replace for my 13-yr.old compressor and to buy a new unit. He was specific and informative about different choices. I will probably buy from this company, including installation.

A&M Mechanical installed our new air conditioner recently. They did it in only 2 days, left everything the way it was when they began the installation. we are so excited to have our new system! I know this will save us money and it is already working so much better than the old one. Great company, I had Kevin the last two times and he is always on time, cheerful, professional and most of all he is good at what he does. My parts and labor are still under warranty so the only charge is just the regular maintenance, great value for the money.

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.
