I need to add to my post, we would not have needed someone to come out if our new HVAC was installed right the first time. Kevin deserves a 5, but I have a hard time rating our entire experience as a 5, more like a 3.5.

The tech, Terry, who completed the repair was outstanding. In addition to being proficient and efficient, he is very customer oriented. I will be requesting him for future HVAC service.My only complaint is with the pricing of the service (which is not, apparently, anything with which Terry has any say). The charge for labor, relative to the time and difficulty to make the repair, was way out of line in my opinion. I understand the need for the company to cover overhead and operating costs via labor charges, but the bill I had to pay seemed exorbitant for the service provided.

We employed TemperaturePro to troubleshoot an issue of vibrating when our AC ran. The crew got up in the attic and found that the fan had some insulation from the air exchange stuck to the it, causing it to run off balance. What a relief that it only cost the basic fee. The crew was right on time, friendly and professional! Highly recommend TemperaturePro for all your home heating and air conditioning needs!

We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. I will start by saying that the service from Howard Air was great. I was able to get them to come out same day on a Sunday when my A/C broke down. They did, however charge $142 for the trip charge. My issue with the company is on their pricing. It was found that the run capacitor needed to be replaced. The part online costs under $20 and Howard air charges $218. This price does include installation which takes less than 5 minutes. Last time I had this part replaced it cost me close to $200 including the part and trip charge. With Howard Air I paid $360 for the exact same service.
If you are in a pinch and need service immediately, by all means use Howard Air. If you are able to shop around though, you will find that they are very expensive compared to other service companies.

I called in the morning, had someone out within 6 hours. They were running a bit behind, only 45 minutes outside of the previously given window. The technician was kind & efficient, didn’t have the right plate so he went to go pick one up. The whole service took maybe 40 minutes at most.I just can’t believe I spent over $400 for one light switch to be replaced. Other than the cost, the service & efficiency was great!
