This was our second air conditioner replacement with George Brazil, and I was once again impressed with Angel and his team's professionalism and respect for our property. They ran into an issue with one of the components not fitting in the available space in our attic, and they reacted quickly to get a component that would fit and completed their work efficiently without skippng a beat. They even had the old equipment picked up shortly after they had it removed from the house. Highly recommend George Brazil for any home maintenace service you may need.

These guys were great. Same day service. Thought my whole system went out. I would have believed them if they told me it needed to be replaced but turned out to be some minor and my AC is up and running again.

Entire house drain system completely backed up and overflowed. We tried to have it fixed several times but it kept overflowing after several months of usage. This time several different plumber said the the drain pipes are too old and cracking and need to be replaced. Quote somewhere between >$3k for tiny section to more than $24k for the entire house. When Ron of Patrick Riley diagnosed the overflowed drain issue with his advanced camera/gps system, Ron determined that the root cause was actually outside external to the house and not inside where all the other plumber misdiagnosed the problem. Apparently the large tree that's been cut but the tree roots kept growing and it led to damaging the drain pipes and caused all the overflowing problems from all these times. We were so happy that Ron of Patrick Riley not only professionally repair our very old drain system but also bringing the system to code as he & his crew installed the clean-out. In the future we would confidently call Ron of Patrick Riley if there are any plumbing questions and/or service(s).

Customer Service and responsiveness is excellent. The tech that came was exceedingly professional and a welcomed change from what I have been accustom to dealing with. I felt like it was a pretty honest exchange. However, the pricing does seem pretty high, but I don't have much of a frame of reference on the cost of A/C service and repair. I spent $700 to have one units capacitor replaced and both units have preventative maintenance which includes refrigerant and thorough cleaning of coils, housing, evaporator, and blower. Other than the cost i'm pretty happy with the service provided.

I would like to commend Troy and his company, Air Conditioning of Arizona (ACA), for an A+ experience from start to finish. When calling to schedule service, Samantha was kind and efficient. Hunter, the service tech, was extremely personable and incredibly knowledgable. He not only diagnosed my issue but took the time to show and explain everything to me. Unfortunately, because of its age, I needed to replace my unit. At that point, Troy, the owner of ACA, stepped in with options and pricing. There was no pressure, just good pricing, and total professionalism.After comparing prices from other companies, we decided upon ACA who not only had the best price but had earned our trust. Phil and Erik were the leaders of the installation team. They were right on time, ready to work, with a smile. Phil and Erik were extremely professional and efficient. Once the installation was complete, they cleaned the area thoroughly and made themselves available for a total explanation of the new unit and answered all of my questions.ACA is a total class act and I cannot recommend this company enough for any of your air conditioning needs!

I met Green ID at the Phoenix Home Show and agreed to have an energy audit. The found and corrected quite a few problems. Since then I've had several A/C guys in the attic and they've all remarked on how well the duct sealing and insulation work was done (by Green ID). Thanks David!

SnW removed our old unit that was 16 yrs old. Installed a new trane unit and replaced all things in the attic. Everything was completed in record time and very professional. Very satisfied and would recommend this company and employees

Warranty service handled efficiently

Scott, a technician who has serviced my unit before and who I trust, came to do a simple check-up on the heater. The unit ran as an a/c unit a couple of weeks ago and as a heating unit last March, so I expected a simple trip.
I was wrong, as Scott began, the u it would not work. No heating, no blowing...literally nothing. He immediately assessed the problem as a bad board. He did additional testing and learned the motor for the blower was also dead. The unit is 9 years old...thank goodness.
Nine years ago, Mike, the owner visited me to discuss a new unit. When he showed me the numbers, I saw a line for $2000. When I asked what it was, he said it was a warranty. I normally don’t but warranties, but did so this time. Thank goodness. The warranty covered both parts and labor. The service to replace the parts was free.
I was amazed, but Scottsdale Air got parts for a 9 year old unit the next day. Scott returned the next day and did the work. I am always appreciative because Scott does not mind my watching and asking questions.
As a reflection of. Scott’s consistent commitment to superior customer service, after completing the repairs, Scott ensured both the heater and /c worked.
I am now ready for the winter.
Scottsdale Air is not perfect, but they “hit it out of the park” for me this time. Ask for Scott, it is worth the wait. Richard Glady

My AC problem was quickly identified. Before calling Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, I called my home warranty company, and they sent someone who couldn't find the problem. I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations.
