Best Air Handler in Phoenix AZ

1st Choice Mechanical is the best air conditioning company we have ever worked with. We had them install a new air conditioner early this year and am now having them maintenance all of our units. They are reliable, reasonable and very professionally. Tim Rhoads and the rest of the team at 1st Choice Mechanical are wonderful! I highly recommend them!

Family Owned. Smaller office - friendly voices. The techs are paid by the hour not commissions - that helped knowing I wasn't being recommended unnecessary repairs. Me and a few of my neighbors have signed up for their yearly service agreement. Great folks!

Moved recently from Tucson to Chandler, AZ. Needed an old AC unit to be replaced ahead of the summer season. Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by the AC company that upgraded my system in Tucson. They were right on target!!!! The experience with Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling was top notch from provision of a thorough estimate that included multiple options on available systems, the scheduling of the job, professional installation of my new system, clean up, and then explanation of the inner workings of the new Wi-Fi enabled controller. Chris and Mike and the team did an A+ job for us. They gave us our options of replacing the entire unit ( with different models) or replacing the compressor, capicitor, etc, all the while explaining the pros and cons of our options. Very professional with no pressure to make one choice or the other. In a scam-ridden industry, full of charlatans and incompetent bozos, it's refreshing to work with a company you can trust.

The plenum fans this company manufactures are superb in several respects. All the bathrooms in my house have a Baikal Mechanical exhaust fan now. I no longer worry about air circulation issues, poor air quality, mold growth, etc. because of these fans. What a great buy!

I called in and spoke to Joanna who was friendly and helped me. Joanna was able to schedule to have someone come out and within an hour they sent someone. They let me know when they were on their way and even showed up before the time I was quoted. I had repairman John who was on time. John was professional and respectful. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. He was very helpful at letting me know what was going on as he was working on things. The service from John and the Comfort One was top notch! There was little interruption in the house, and the crew was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Howard Air for service and particularly for new installations.

RELIABLE! HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! If you're looking for BEST, look no further than COMFORT EXPERTS! We've been using Comfort Experts since purchasing our home in 2014. Comfort Experts thoroughly serviced our AC Units every year in May before the real Arizona heat set in. We've had two issues with our AC Units (July 2016 / June 2018) and Comfort Experts (Ryan) immediately responded to my text message both times (weekend / after hours). On both incidents, Comfort Experts responded to my home the same day to diagnose / resolve the issues. The most recent issue was an expensive repair (compressor). Because our AC Units were almost 15 years old and inefficient, we decided to replace everything relating to cooling / heating in our home. We purchased two new AC units (5-ton / 3.5 ton) and a Furnace too. Comfort Experts was able to install everything in one day, less than 48 hours after the 5-ton AC Unit went bad (compressor). I know I could've shopped around and maybe found a better price, but because of the POSITIVE experiences with Comfort Experts, they deserved my business. THANK YOU Comfort Experts! You guys are the best!!

Their men came in & evaluated what needed to be done. They proceeded in a timely & efficient manner on the new installation. After the install was finished & tested they explained the system to us.

Art, the technician that came out to my home was professional, efficient and highly knowledgable. He took the time to update my file on the location of the AC units, as it was incorrectly documented by the previous technician. He also provided a thorough checklist and report and took the time to explain any questions I had. I highly recommend this company.

I called Derek at 7pm on the first cold night of the fall when we realized that the heat was not working. Within 20 minutes he arrived and got us up and running in an hr. He was courteous and clearly explained what was going on and how to fix it. I recommend him highly. Very fair prices too!

We are all quick to complain about bad service especially when it is 110 degrees and your air conditioning unit is out. My husband and I are in our 70's and my husband is a 100% disabled Vet who has poor health. So having our air conditioning go out was a serious health issue. B3 went above and beyond to help us get our unit up and running. The issue was the Compressor and they found one and installed it in the dark to make sure we had air. We had another issues which turned out to be a bad Circuit breaker - again the owner was installing a new breaker and actually went to Lowes to purchase one at his own cost. What could have been a life threatening situation turned into a very positive situation thanks to B3. Thanks Katy and Keith for going above an beyond to help us resolve our issues last week. You are truly heroes in our book!!
