Had technician .Jesus montes come to my house and repaired my air conditioning in the Attic with the correct parts and did a very good job very clean and reliable

Our first technician to come out was Mike. He was very professional and straight forward. He showed me pictures of what was wrong and explained what I was looking at. Turns out our 18 year old system finally kicked the bucket. We needed a new system Heater Core and A/C. The installers were Gabriel and Leo. They both did fantastic work and took great care in our home during the install. They were at our house for about 6 hours the first day and Gabriel came back the following day for a few hours. They both were very respectful of our home and very kind. It was a lot of work they put in and we are happy with the results. Yes it does suck we had our first experience with them we dropped that kind of money but it is what it is. Im also glad we went with them and joined the Guard dog protection plan. That way we can make sure we will be toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Thank you again to the entire team. Mike, Gabriele and Leo.

I called SG Mechanical Air after several attempts of trying to get my AC fixed through my new build's HVAC vendor, which has been a frustrating experience. Miles from SG came and found an oil leak right away (something the vendor was unable to do yesterday). He provided a write up so I could pass it along to my builder to finally get the help needed. He was also very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I was very impressed and will be referring friends and family to SG.

Techs are knowledgeable and prompt. Our Trane system is over 11 years old but still going stong.

REEIS IS THE BESTWe started out with Reeis from the home & garden show. We decided to invite them to give us an energy audit. IT WAS THE BEST SPENT $99! Eduardo is absolutely amazing at explaining the process on a project. He is so knowledgeable and easygoing. The crew that did the work were great guys. All of them were very respectful and quality minded in their work. We have saved lots on our energy bill since then. Today we had REEIS replace our A/C unit. We would not have considered anyone else. We were not disappointed: Orlando, Vincent and the rest of the crew were awesome, professional, and personable. We look forward to a long term relationship with the service department for the regular service checks that will protect our investment.

The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

Excellent excellent service! We literally got an estimate and then had our water softener system installed same day! The crew dug up our yard and installed all the plumbing and put everything back exactly as before! Really great experience and all around excellent customer service from the sales to labor! I've been using Dan, the holy grail of a/c techs: master certified, self employed, super honest and very reasonable. When he told me he was retiring, I went into a panic. Most of my previous experiences with a/c service companies was not good. Fortunately, he did refer me to Dial One Mears. I called for a noisy compressor and seasonal tune up; they were out to my house the next day (on time), and Clarence (my tech) was exceptionally professional, polite and thorough. He identified and remedied the vibration noise, serviced and cleaned both units and replaced a worn contact switch. In and out in about three hours, all for a reasonable charge. Dan's retirement is safe. I'll be using Mears from here on.

Woke up on Sunday morning to a cold house.  I called Best Air, and Guy was at our house within the hour.  Fixed our furnace and thermometer promptly, and explained everything to me.  His prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend him!
