Jacob and Nikki showed up to my home on time to fix a leak I had with my RO faucet. I noticed a leak under the sink and Jacob diagnosed the problem and told me I had two options to fix it. One was a bit less expensive than the other - but he couldn't be certain I wouldn't have the issue down the road. The other one was a bit more, but would fix the issue permanently. I chose the permanent fix. He explained the process, was clean and professional and it was reasonably priced. Chris at Alien Air was fair and honest. My roof A/C was replaced without any problems, the crew got to my place at 6 am and was done in 3 hours. The employees were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I was very surprised to have such honesty from a company. Chris decided I didn't need any ductwork and saved me $1100. I can not say enough good things about this company. If you want absolute honesty and a fair price, call Alien Air Conditioning!

Lincoln Air provides great products and service. They removed my ancient A/C systems from two buildings on the property, including old air handlers, duct work and even a hefty water heater from the attic that appears to have been there since the house was built over 100 years ago. They installed Mitsubishi mini-splits throughout, and have effectively maintained them. When we discovered an installation leak (mistakes happen), they owned up to it and did the repair on their nickel. So... good products, good service, good warranty. I'm a happy camper and they the man!

Lovely experience with front office, I think. I was quoted the price on the website and scheduled promptly. The tech came out dressed as a good ole boy. Never introduced his companion that wasn’t wearing the company uniform or identification. Talked about the situation and then stated he would need to clog the system in order to find out what was wrong. While he complained about a bad hip and struggled to get off of my short, not overstuffed loveseat, his partner quickly went down the hall and began to put stuff down the drain. When I asked if was planning on cleaning the clog he was making for free he said “no”. I told him not to break what wasn’t broken, he told me a price for the camera service that was over $400 more then I had been quoted. He told me the website price was just for him to show up. Bait and switch on an elderly widow.

Unbeknownst to any one in the house, including my 5 house guests, water valves under the kitchen sink were leaking. Water had leached out onto the tile floor and fanned out during the night. Additionally, the garbage disposal, old as it was, had a hole where none should be, which I did not know. Aware of the water on the floor, I called Parker & Sons at 9:30 AM and Jake was at my door by12:30. Jake recommended I buy a new garbage disposal, which I did immediately. Jake also installed the new garbage disposal then and there, no extra service trip and resolved the water valve issues, then he showed me where the house water shut off was.I was so pleased , so gratified that I called Parker & Sons. It could not have been better service. Parker & Sons, and especially Jake, exceeded my expectations.

Comfort experts went above and beyond to make sure we got up and running again quickly before it starts getting to hot. I called Ryan on a Sunday night and told him my ac wasnt keeping up with the set point and he scheduled me in last minute for Monday afternoon to get my problem sorted out.

The Service Man that came out was Polite and courteous, he Explained every detail that needed to be Fixed for the Heat to start Flowing again. This Company will also Work with you, to put your Mind at Ease. Yes I would call this Company out again.

The crew showed up on time at 6;45 am to replace two split system 25 year old Trane units. The new units were a 3 ton gas split system and 3.5 ton gas split system Trane 14 seer. They started right away one unit at a time, removed all the old system from the attic and the outside ground mount portion the reinstalled the new equipment. Finished both up and running by 5.15 pm cleaned up and removed all the old pieces and parts. Great job and a great price that matched the estimate.

I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

Nobody can beat B3! I needed to replace my 20+ yo HVAC system.
After really long extensive research of local contractors I've decided to
work with B3. It was great decision. I've received best quote on 4 ton Trane from Zeke and the next day crew of 2(Ramon and Jaime) showed up at 7am to install the unit. 3 hours later!!! project was complete. Zeke checked the whole system and everything worked like a Swiss watch. I'm so glad I went with B3 and therefore highly recommend them! Also I'd like to give a shout-out to Katie for great communication and expediting the whole project.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.
