I called regarding my water heater and they made me an appointment for a consultation for the following day. Vicente arrived the next day and not only helped me pick a type and size and actually had it installed just a few hours later. He was very professional and we were extremely thankful for the quick turnaround. Vicente worked late into a Saturday night to give us hot water and was very much appreciated. Thanks!!

Rick, our tech, was on time, checked everything and went above and beyond just the regular a/c check. He wore protective gear, was a pleasure to deal with and even put our dogs at ease. We purchased a new A/C unit from Goettl. Instead of just installing the unit, Rafael and Luis installed brand new duct work throughout the house to get the maximum use of the new A/C unit. Rafael kept us informed of the progress of the job in a timely basis. It's obvious Rafael and Luis take pride in their job and the quality of their workmanship. I hired Howard Air to replace my VERY old A/C unit. I had looked at other places, but was not satisfied and one didn’t even call me back. From the first interaction to the subsequent phone calls, scheduling, consultation, survey and actual installation, I have absolutely zero complaints. I believe that they take complete pride in their work, especially installations and it shows! They really took their time and made sure everything was working as it should and stayed until the job was done. I don’t think that I had a super straight forward installation due to the age of the unit either. They even had to come back out to remedy a wiring issues (again, very old AC), and Scott was an angel and got everything completed.
Every single person I interacted with was extremely nice and courteous, they answered all questions that I had and were just insanely delightful to work with. This was my first time having something like this done, and I felt extremely comfortable with the entire process. Thank you, Howard Air for making this a very easy and comfortable process!

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Had received quotes to replace my A/C system in my home that was 20 years old. I contacted Comfort Experts and Ryan came out to the house to discuss and give me a quote on my system. I was totally impressed by Ryan and what he was going to install that I hired him on a Friday and the install was set up for the following Tuesday at 7 am. That morning his team arrived on time and started to work at once. The guys were awesome..friendly and professional. They explained everything that they were doing and answered all my questions. They were neat and cleaned up above and beyond and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this local company for their professional, friendly, and quality of work .
