This company doesn’t even deserve one star but I had to in order to share my experiencewe had repair 2 single 15 Amp Arc Fault the tech show to my sister from Home depot web price for one 159.00 then left to buy the Arc fault, which 5min away from the house but back after 75minutes after several calls, after he install asked him to live the package or invoice so that to help understand what type material been install, he simply ignore and walk to his car, after 15 times several days call to the office finally able to talk manager after two weeks and schedules to meet in person to go over the invoice and the material that been install since there is no details clarification in the invoice and noting writing on the material (appears peels off except 15 Amp ) me and my sister take day off from work to meet manager, last minutes office call and say there is nothing we can do so meetings is cancel after waiting for two weeks , over the phone we trying to get help for overly charge for poor quality materials but no one's willing to help, since they already took the money they never care about customers so ever for 2, 15 Amp Arc Fault ( approximately between 15 –49 dollars price)with labor charged 523.00 no details clarification on the payment no answer for questions the worst company so ever!

As a licensed Contractor and Realtor I have worked with Gabe for many years. They are definitely an honest contractor in an industry that has many companies that employ salespersons as there technician.

On more than one occasion I have had client be told by other HVAC contractors that they need a very expensive new system. After telling my clients to call Expert HVAC they were happy to find only some repairs were in order. If they did opt for a new system the pricing was very competitive.

We had a heating issue on our HVAC and we called Goettl to come take a look at it. Goettl showed up the same day to look at the system. Rafael and Jerome were very knowledgeable and found the issue right away. Even though they were quick to find the heating problem, they took the time to ensure that the whole system was functioning properly and that we were able to switch back and forth between heating and cooling. Thank You to Rafael and Jerome for making us feel that we are the most important customers the company has.

Timely and professional work at a good price. Was needing a time pressed HVAC checkover to satisfy a home sale buyer request. Called after work and the techs were there before noon the next day. Would use again in a heartbeat vs. some of the bigger box AC outfits that are always advertising!

Louis at APEX was the best. He came in to evaluate our needs for a remodel and gave us certain options based upon our budget. He met all of our deadlines and exceeded all of our expectations. All around excellent experience! I requested a quote for 2 new ac units and Ryan M reached out very quickly. He came out the next day and was very thorough and explained everything to me. He gave me a very fair quote. We did get quotes from about 7 places and at the end of the day the work that Comfort Experts was right for us. We did research and read reviews and it was the right fit for us! We called Ryan the day before thanksgiving and he got us on the schedule for the following week. They are installing today and will be done but so far they are excellent. Very hard working, very respectful, and overall we are very very happy! Definitely recommend. We will be using them for all AC needs from now on.
