I had another company come out and fix a water leak about 5 months ago. Same leak and they put in a wrong line. It broke my kitchen was full of water. They came out fast and actually used the right line. Leo had it fixed in matter of minutes once he got the right line. Awesome job Leo! Thanks for the fast service and fixing the line right!

Penguin was very quick to respond when we needed our AC Unit looked at ASAP! They were able to come to our home with in 2 hours of us calling! They diagnosed the issue quickly and were able to repair it on the spot. They were professional and timely, thank you Penguin Air!

We had Goettl out yesterday due to a lack of heat. They sent a tech out to troubleshoot the unit. after checking everything found a few loose wires and reconnected them. We were very happy with the service. He said if it still did not work, to call and they would come out. Well, no heat this morning. When I called they were very apoligetic and said they had Elvin out today. He was very professional and ran a complete test of the system finding that the thermal coupler switch that was having an issue, intermittenly. There was no charge for this today. Highly recommend this company.

We had an emergency where all of our Freon leaked out through a puncture in the copper pipe. Seems like a huge job but George was able to complete in in no time and headed up and running within 40 minutes. Great professional service, he offered us his maintenance plan which I recommend to everyone! It will save us from future problems.

Outdoor condenser fan motor died last night, and they fixed it this morning in just over an hour. Service technician was professional, and found out the problem right away. They even had the motor and capacitor parts for my +20yr old system on hand so he didn't have to go to the store.

Had a new system installed. Larson was great. Not the cheapest bid but I felt great about the customer service and quality of workmanship. They came back a week later to optimize the system and were honest about everything and fixed a little mistake that was made. These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

Dennis Dizon made a follow-up visit to check on my recently installed system. He offered to set up wi-fi operation of my thermostat through my cell phone and clearly explained everything so that even I can do it! He checked pressures and made changes in my system from default settings to settings that are now optimized for efficient performance in our Arizona climate.
