I had used Hays services at my last home. I am now in process of buying a condo and requested they thoroughly inspect the A/C system. Aaron was on time, very thorough in explaining issues and possible solutions and costs.

Jimmy was very prompt, professional, conscientious, and caring. He came out in the morning and gave my family the estimate. I was at work and needed some time to review the estimate and make a decision. Once I agreed, he came all the way back in pouring rain to do a temporary fix so we could have AC running until our new unit is installed in a few days. He provided great customer service and had a smile on the whole tine Thank you for your hard work and service, Jimmy!

With the passing of years.... we knew it was getting time to replace our aging AC units (25yrs). I actually (over different years) had several AC companies over to give me bids. Info was all over the place adding to the confusion of making a decision. I also never got the warm fuzzes from any company that came out. Bids where all over the place from $8,000-$18,000 (2 units) some said I've got nothing to sell you or I' only do the job if you switch from gas to electric. Or my favorite Watch who you hire Heck..... a couple of bids came with nobody climbing up on the roof. But when George came over to give us a quote he was both passionate & reassuring. We discussed which AC units would be the best for our home & single vs: variable speed. We felt comfortable enough to hire him. The only thing I wished we had done different & sill can do was to put in smart thermostats. Yes, we feel comfortable recommending Air Control to you! A small business owner with a big heart & passion for his profession. ???

Does not sell you unnecessary parts and service. Gives good advice on problems and routine maintenance.

I called this company for a routine maintenance inspection on my AC. They were prompt and friendly. The price was very reasonable and they did not try to upsell me at all. Answered all of my questions. I will be calling them again later in the year to check on my heating system. Highly recommend!

Newman Commercial Refrigeration is a great company. I was having an issue with my heater and I called and they showed up on time and were very knowledgeable in diagnosing and resolving the problem in no time. The price for their service was very reasonable. I definitely would recommend them and use them for any HVAC services in the future.

Caleb was sent out Tuesday afternoon after discovering my ac was off and wouldn't come back on. It was determined the storms shorted out the main board and the board for the thermostat. Larson worked endlessly to get the part and my ac was fixed and working Thursday morning. I will definitely keep using Larson and recommend you do as well.
