Best Air Conditioning Issues in Phoenix AZ

Had Penguin Air & Plumbing replace the A/C and air handler in my home. They left the dry wall damaged as well as the floor damaged. They are repairing the dry wall, but are refusing to repair the flooring. Do not recommend. We were informed this was part of the risk. Go find another company that doesn't consider damage they cause as a risk.Editing: appears they also installed the duct work incorrectly and tried to claim they didn’t touch it, however camera and audio picked up the technicians conversations about the duct work. Electric bill is higher with new install than from before.Editing: claimed they scheduled a flooring person and turns out that was not scheduled. Still waiting…

We have used Parker & Sons three times for plumbing and electrical repair. They are always prompt, responsive, professional and courteous. They provide excellent service with no attempt to upsell or push for additional work. We are very glad to know they are there when we need them.
