Best Air Conditioning Issues in Phoenix AZ

My AC was not running. The following day I also had a problem with lights flickering or not going on. Raymond Vallejo was my tech. He arrived when he said he would and was very pleasant and professional. The unstable power was due to a connection in the breaker box. The AC needed a new controller and starter. From the time he came to the house it was 20 minutes at the most for him to fix breaker box and install the AC parts. Everything works fine and I was impressed with his speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend him and Parker & Sons.

We had a seamless and well-done York HVAC install at our home by two great techs! Both Eli and Rene showed-up on time and protected our floors with tarps so any mess was captured and kept clean. The men also wore protective foot covers so as not to trail in any debris or dust from outside. They had great attitudes and answered all our questions. We have two cats and they kept the front door closed whenever they entered or left our home. Truly a fantastic experience and will call them again when we replace two more HVAC units in the future!

Troy saved us! Our AC went out and Troy was able to get us all set up quickly and efficiently! My favorite thing about Troy and Penguin Air is that he took the time to explain EVERYTHING. He showed us what he found on the roof and videos of the problem. We had a different company come out prior to Penguin Air and they were annoyed that we were asking questions and struggling with what was being said to us.
