My property management company hired APES to fix a leak coming through the floor. Dom came out and fixed what ended up being a very complicated problem and made it seem easy. Had all the tools for the job and just an overall great technician! Very satisfied with their work.

After getting the run around for over 12 hours from Chas Roberts, they finally said they could not come out for repairs for at least 2 weeks! I found Desert Diamond online and had a very professional and pleasant greeting from Carly. When I called at 10:30 am, she scheduled my service for the 3-6 pm time window. At 11:45 am, my repairman, JD, called to say he could come early! He was there and had the issue repaired by 12:30 pm. This company deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion. Friendly, fast and reasonably priced. I will go out of my way to recommend these folks to all those I deal with in the real estate industry as well as friends and family. THANK YOU!

We had the good fortune of getting Kevin Oropeza to repair the wires on our new system after a significant rainfall shorted out the system. We noticed the system wasn't running and did a quick check to see that no power was even getting to the thermostat which lead us to call on a Sunday morning. by 11:15 AM, Kevin had fixed the problem, showed us photographs of the issue, and made sure to add a preventative measure to his repair so that future rainfalls wouldn't compromise the system again. We are extremely grateful for Kevin's quick response and excellent customer service and hope he's around if this ever happens in the summer!

I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.

I am updating this review because Parkers reached out to me after I was unhappy with the service and they were fast and very understanding. They came to check my AC/Heating unit again and they offer to fix it. I am very happy the way they handled the situation. Oh and they have a great monthly membership where you have great perks and discounts.

I can't say enough nice things about Goliath Mechanical. They did an amazing job, and their customer service was fantastic. They were genuine and dependable, and I would recommend them to everyone I know!!

Marc was amazing. He was the 3 rd company to come out to give me an estimate. He was so patient going over all my options and I asked a million questions and he never even looked like I was driving him crazy. I ended up buying the top of the line AC with a lifetime warranty and he explained all the different options that he felt were important to me. My biggest problem in the past was airflow and he told me exactly what I need to fix the airflow problems. Very fast process, financing took 5 minutes, he made sure that SRP would give me a rebate since there were lots of factors involved and installation is Friday. He is definitely an asset to the company he works for. I would definitely recommend his company.
