Best Air Conditioning Furnace Repairs in Phoenix AZ

Mike Santiago came and did the yearly check on 3 A/C units today. He was on time, helpful and professional. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. This is the first time that i have had Hay's A/C service my units. I was afraid that i was going to get ripped off (as had happened in the past, with techs that try to instill fear, all the while trying to sell something that was not needed). He told me about a fan that was on its last leg in one of the units. Surprisingly, he said that the part/installation would be $650. whenever we wanted to replace it...no hard sell. He said it could last 6 months or maybe a couple of years. I appreciated his honesty and lack of pressure. Because I felt comfortable with his presentation, I did get a new programmable thermostat installed which he had on his truck. When we find an awesome contractor, we stay with them for life. Looks like the beginning of a long relationship.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND if I could give a 100 stars I would!!! From going in between back & forth with our home warranty to making sure we were taken care of since the very beginning of the whole process!! Tori made sure to answer any questions I may have had when I called and was very kind during this difficult process!! Mike, Tim, and Michael also communicated diligently day after day trying to get both our indoor & outdoor unit replaced for us. After a nearly 3 month battle they got BOTH units approved!!! They've all worked so hard for us & we greatly appreciate it!!!! This family run company is the BEST in the business ? they go above & beyond!! Chase the technician has been around 3 different homes that we owned and has been out even on a holiday he is so essential to us!!!

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

I Live at Montecito Senior Living and Matt and Robert installed a new A|C
in our apartment. They were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Can't say enough good about them. Work completed and we are happy and cool again. SUPER

Haired Day & Night to do two projects. Install water heater and replace toilet tank parts. They were on time and Clayton did an excellent install, neat and clean. There was a problem with the toilet but it was fixed to my satisfaction. I will use their service again. Clayton did a excellent install. Thanks for a good experience.

I had them install 2 new systems at my home and I couldn't have been more happy. They were absolutely amazing. No complaints whatsoever. They wore little bootys to protect our home and left it immaculate. The worked great with us having the dog in the home and were very trustworthy, honest, and on time.

My technician was very professional and gave me sound advice of what I need to do in the near future. He didn't pressure me into doing it right away but it should be addressed before the cooler weather starts. I will use Sun Tech and Jose again.

Yogi was quick to respond, efficient, and knowledgeable in ac unit work. He literally took his time figuring out why our ac unit was whistling and rattling. I hired other techs before, and they did not go above and beyond like Yogi did! My family is very pleased with the noiseless ac now that the ac unit is sealed properly! ? and all for a great price to! He really does care for his clients and doesn't tiptoe around any issues. I highly recommend him!

I had called this company out to look at my air conditioner that started blowing warm air. They came quickly, jimmy very effectively found out what the issue was and got the system up and running better than before, I have used many other companies in the valley and have never had the amount of competence and response as this company has given! I will not use anyone else! Thank you!

If I could give this review 10 stars I would! We had a leak at our home that turned into us needing major pipe replacement in our entire house. From scheduling the initial appointment with Gianni (I’m sorry if I spelled his name wrong), to having Jeremy come out to inspect the issues with the cameras to Brett, Sam and their apprentices completing the work, it was amazing and seamless. Brett answered all my questions, was very communicative and transparent and kept me updated every step of the way. He was always so friendly and I could tell he genuinely wants to help people. I can not say enough good things about him and the team. They completed the major work on our home quickly and efficiently. I will never, ever use another company and I will always recommend them to friends and family. Please give these guys that work so hard a big raise! They deserve it!

Excellent service From ALL of the Brazil people we dealt with. Mike F came out the first day after install and made some adjustments and was most professional. The two installers, Calvin and Robert were also excellent. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Looking for a great HVAC guy? Would totally recommend George, the owner of Air Control for honest workmanship and value. He just serviced our HVAC and was very reasonable (didn't try to up sell). Summer is coming... keep this number!!

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself and my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said “oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out”. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

I appreciated their persistence in getting in contact with my tenant. AC was low on coolant and refrigerant added. Thanks!
