Best Air Conditioning Duct Work in Phoenix AZ

Bathroom tub wasn't draining properly. The tech showed up on time, was friendly and professional, The problem was old owner installed a piece that was wrong for the type of shower. Literally took under 5 minutes for him to figure out. Didn't make me feel incompetent for not knowing. Gave me a tip to to save money on a part we discussed based on a question i had asked. More importantly Didn't try to do something more or add services that weren't needed ..AKA...HONEST!! I think his name is Kevin. Would definately use again if we have another problem. Kevin would be good for teaching others about great customer service.

Great service, very fast and professional mechanic.

Checked heating, a/c and vents for possible cleaning. Tim was timely, professional and patient to help me understand general maintenance requirements and was honest and clear not to charge me additional unnecessary costs. I was very impressed and would highly recommend!

The old AC was from a different company I always had issues with it and they were never willing to come take a look at it, they continued to make silly excuses for the next 6 months. I got fed up with it and looked for a different company Kind Mechanical was able to book me an appointment and come take a look at it that same day !! Frank himself was the one who assigned me to Ayax who took a look at my AC and replaced it that night. I’m in love with it now everything was so neat and organized ! It’s so crazy that this company had such had workers!

Overall phenomenal service form these guys they were on time and professional and incredible service.

REEis originally installed my TRANE 18 Seer veritable speed AC System in 2018 after my old 1998 Carrier unit died in July 2018 , they saved me that summer , Howard Air was some how , so busy at that time & date they were not able to help me out , I went 8 days without AC , called REEis , a Rosie On The House Company , 2 days later I was blessed with COLD AIR , today 5/17 19 , my man Stephen Baker , a really knowledgeable Service Technician came out for a yearly Advance Air Conditioning TUNE -UP ,he was very pleasant , and did a really great job , REEis ROCKS !

Although the tech was nice he failed to address the reason for my call. I was offered products and services as well as talk of a new AC however he did not look into Duct to see if there was a leak.
Crazy because an endoscope to look in the duct work is like 20.00 on ebay

At our request, Jesse Kahagen came to our house for an annual check-up of our three ductless A/C's. We have lived in Phoenix for well over 20 years and Jesse is by far and away the absolute BEST we have ever had. He is a perfectionist with years of experience and knowledge. He is not satisfied until he is sure his work is 100% correct. Because of this, he spent about 3 hours here which also included patience answering a myriad of questions we have. He also made some suggestions for further improving our AC performance and immediately sent us some company material on the subject. Bottom line? On a scale of 1-10 we would have to invent a new scale giving Jesse a rating of 1000!!! Lincoln Air is easy to work with, responsive and gets the job done. Thanks to all for another great visit.

Called Ace Home Services due to our AC having trouble. They were able to respond to my request within an hour of calling. Juan, my technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me the best as possible. Unfortunately the parts needed wouldn't be available until Monday/Tuesday. I would highly recommend Ace Home Services.

Tex came out to diagnose my broken AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Crossing my fingers that the ultimate repair works out, but feel very confident about it based on Tex’s visit and explanation.

Matt and Iseah were excellent technicians. They were very professional and got my AC up and running quickly. They were able to get the majority of it working with just what they had on hand and even went the extra mile to go pick up a part to improve the longevity of my AC unit. Highly recommend!

Every time I schedule maintenance three to five weeks in advance either no one shows up or they call and cancel at the last minute. Their website says they prioritize members but that is NOT case. Never once have they actually shown up when scheduled and the rep I spoke to today about the no show was very condescending and insistent that a call was placed to me this morning canceling my appointment. No such call was made as I have had my phone on all day and the spam calls came through just fine, his reasoning was because other customers without AC need to be prioritized ahead of maintenance customers. He then proceeded to tell me he could get me scheduled for JULY for an appointment that I originally scheduled in March three weeks ahead of time. I am constantly rearranging my time for a company that does not honor their word. I will be canceling my so called membership as soon as my spring maintenance that I have already paid for is actually performed and look for a business that honors appointments with their customers.

Larvell was incredible. Excellent contact that began prior to the appointment and continued during it. He was attentive to our requirements and collaborated with us to find a solution. It was an amazing experience. Couldn’t ask for a better air conditioning team!!!
