Our AC unit went down during a 114 degree day. Always, on the hottest days, right?! I called about 4 companies for immediate service. (I only call and use licensed contractor's that have excellent reviews along with a good AZROC and BBB standing.) Scottsdale Air Heating & Cooling was the friendliest of all and were able to come out at 5 PM same day. They were sincerely interested in helping us. The tech, Dave, worked on our unit for about 3 1/2 hours until we were able to get cool air. He was very pleasant and clean up after his work. He was determined not to let us suffer another any longer. Thank you SAH&C for your excellent service.

REEIS installed a new A/C a few years ago, and the process and installation went smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. What can I say? I adore this company. I'm a hard customer to impress but each and every time this company exceeds every expectation. Full disclosure---I love aliens so I am partial to any company that has alien in its name, but they are the real deal (as are aliens by the way.) This company is amazing.

They were prompt, knowledgeable, and explained everything before starting. Left the house with better air quality and in a such a clean state where you couldn't even tell they were there.

We found our AC had stopped working after hours and you responded very quickly, triaged the problem and repaired the unit by replacing the fan motor. The system works wonderfully. We are VERY please with customer service and the timely response. I will recommend your business to others.

Kevin came out to repair my air conditioner. Unfortunately he determined that I need a new unit. He did however give me a quote which he was also able to get lowered for me. He seemed knowledgeable and explained things to me.

I have used Sun Tech in two different homes now, each with their unique issues. Every time I call a real person answers the phone and gets me taken care of right away. Highly recommend them!
The field staff and office have always been professional and kind. As a single mother these calls are very hard to make so I love having someone I can trust.

We initially contacted Howard Air to install an aging AC unit that was still operating just fine. We were replacing the unit because of its age and because we were looking to reduce energy consumption with a newer more energy efficient unit. In 2 years we have had multiple issues with the unit. Howard Air charges to have a technician diagnosis a system they recently installed and insist that it is not uncommon for a new unit to stop working. Our existing unit was 15 years old, and we had never called a technician to repair/service it. In addition, since the installation of the new unit we have seen our energy consumption increase compared to the old unit, this is the amount of electricity we consume as reported by the electric company. This company does not stand by the products they sell. I would not recommend purchasing any product from them.

This guy accommodated my heat and air conditioning repair needs perfectly today. He was very thorough and efficient and made some great suggestions to keep my unit working properly. The service was very fulfilling and had very fair pricing. Thank you for all your help and great customer service. Keep it up, and highly recommended!

Not worth one star. Be warned they are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never ever on time. Said they'd be out here same day and for 2 weeks continously rescheded. Finally said forget it not worth it. They don't respond to messages nor callbacks. Never ever use them. Unfortunately family swears by them. But absolutely not worth it. I'll stick with George Brazil who are attentive and will come within the time frame.

Josh came to our home Dec 24, 2022 and replaced the valves under the kitchen sink. He did a first rate job. He talked with me, giving me ideas about two other plumbing challenges I was having, but did not make me feel pressured at all. Just full of good information, which I appreciated! He is very friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will recommend him to others, and call on him again when we need plumbing help!
