Over the weekend we had lost hot water, so we contacted Goettl and they were able to come out within 24 hours. The tech, John Parker, was incredibly helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. Due to an installation error, we were told the repair would not be covered under our warranty. He went out of his way to call his supervisor to explain the situation and was able to get the repair done free of charge. While the installation error was frustrating, he made the best out of the situation.

1st Choice Mechanical was great from start to finish. They genuinely cared about my experience and the quality of the system they would leave behind. They were flexible during the process and resolved several other issues with the system besides the aging equipment. They entertained my questions and concerns with patience. They completed the entire 2 unit indoor/outdoor units in one day. They were polite and respectful of my family and they were extremely clean for the entire process. Our AC went out 10 minutes to Sun Devil closing. They arrived the next day and Jesus apologized when I told him we had a hot nights sleep. The issue seemed to be the breaker which Jesus offered to purchase a new one and install. I agreed and well worth it instead of waiting on an electrician. Jesus offered some great suggestions on keeping the electrical box cooled moving forward and changing out my filters. I wouldn’t want my AC to go out again but if it does we hope to see Jesus again.

Called in for an issue we were having with our heater and they came out the same day to fix it.

On a typical Phoenix summer night of 105 degrees my a/c went out. At about 10 p.m. I sent an email to Comfort One with the hope that they would be able to come out is in a couple of days anyway.
I was pleasantly surprised when at 6 a.m. I received an email and a text that they could be out to see me at 9:30 that morning. I accepted and it came to pass. I've been using Comfort One for a number of years. So many HVAC companies take advantage of the consumer's lack of knowledge and panicked state of mind. Comfort One can be trusted completely. That's why I feel comfortable referring this company to my friends and family.

Greatest experience is an understatement. As we all know living in Arizona AC is a must, and we have all experienced our AC going out . Throughout the years I have called my fair amount of AC repair people. Always told many things that I require which I end up doing only for the same result for my AC to break once again a month later or even shortly after. From the very beginning Arcadia AC has not only recommended every correct solution but even exceeded every expectation I could have imagined. My mom and I came home to a broken hot water tank, which had leaked in the garage and through the wall into the laundry room. My mom called as an emergency call, and Parker and Sons showed up within an hour! Not only did we get a brand new hot water tank immediately, we also were able to install a new water softening system in the same night. The level of commitment and expertise from Dennis ,Joseph & Angel was amazing! A new garbage disposal was installed also with no problem. I feel confident and I know my mom will be safe using Parker and Sons as her complete home service going forward, highly recommend them!

We were on our way for our camping trip and just as we were finishing up loading the trailer, we noticed that ac was blowing warm air. I called George Brazil and they moved us to the next appt. They were there and diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. Couldn't fix it then, but were coming back while we were a gone and a friend could let them in. Great job, Jeremy and Marco!
