We were contacted by Penguin Air about a $10.00 HVAC inspection. We thought we would try it. Ryan was the service technician. Penguin Air uses technology/ text to let you know the tech is on his way. Our tech Ryan, was on time, he called us & gave a 30 minutes out heads up. Much appreciated. Lots of companies say they will do this but it doesn't happen. Ryan got right to work checking, testing & answered our questions. Very efficient, personable, good communication & pleasant. Checked both units & price was as stated. Would request this service technician again. Just hope they don't mysteriously go out as others have complained about with these types of specials with various companies.

Tech’ s are top notch. Needed to replace a capacitor this year. Fair price as I only had to pay for labor as the part was still under warranty.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. They arrived in about 30 minutes from when the appointment was scheduled. We were high priority due to having small children. They were respectful and clean (wore face masks and shoe covers). They were straightforward with what was going on, explained things so that we'd understand, gave us recommendations on what we could do, and quoted us on additional services if we so choose. Overall extremely impressed and will use them in the future!

Great customer service from the beginning! Scheduling made a point to accommodate my schedule. The technician was right on time when I needed him to be there and he troubleshooted the problem with my A/C and had us back up in running quickly. Would definitely call again for routine check-ups and repairs!

I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST. Responded quickly with technician showing up the next morning. Wire to cap was cooked and replaced along with new wiring. Freon was added to system as it was a pound low.

Total cast was under $1200.

Skylar came out to do maintenance and a coil clean, he was very friendly and showed me everything on the ac unit and let me know about possible future repairs. 10/10 would recommend for general maintenance and cleaning.

1 star for the administrative services. 5 stars for the technician who came out. Not going to average it out as the experience with the admin staff soured our experience overall.What a regretful move. I moved into a house in August and our A/C basically stopped working in September on a very hot day. We called this company after looking at reviews and had a technician come and see what’s happening. We called, they answered, they came and gave a temporary fix. Great! That’s when our experience went south.We paid full on the spot; part cash, part credit card. Tell me why the technician charged us full on the credit card and also took the cash? We essentially paid an extra $1000 for no reason. Took us a few weeks of back and forth with their company and the bank to get everything sorted out. Turns out, between the two, they returned all of our money back. Okay great. Now we can redo the payment process and pay them the amount that should have been paid in the first place, so we did. Smooth.I asked for a receipt with this updated info….in November. The response: “you’ll get the receipt in your email in a few minutes”. Lovely, thank you! But we got nothing. Called again a few days later asking for the receipt, this time to a different email, thinking..maybe the previous email address is having issues. I gave a gmail, that shouldn’t be a problem. I check all of my folders to make sure nothing gets lost in the virtual mail. Still nothing. Called again and again and again. I’ve even left voicemails at certain points. Same response: “you should receive the receipt in your email in a few minutes”.You’ve been paid in full, I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to send a receipt. Is it a terrible system you have or incompetent people you’ve hired? I’m extremely disappointed. Never again. I tried to be patient but it’s been MONTHS since I’ve asked for an updated receipt for services rendered and proof of payment.

These guys came out to fix an AC issue through American Home Warranty. What a surprise, usually Home Warranty Companies get a bad reputation. But they did an amazing job!

The crew from Five Star Air Conditioning was professional and efficient. My AC stopped working and I called them in the noon and they sent crew to check it out two hours after my call. The crew diagnosed and fixed our AC in half an hour. I highly recommend their service, very professional and efficient.

We got an AC checkup done, technician was 3 hours late for appointment with no call. A couple of repairs were needed, the boot was torn at the roof line. The guy left without giving us an estimate, said he would call back but never did. I ended up getting on the roof and sealing it myself. A business that fails to get back with their customers is written off in my book. Also, I would have gladly paid them for the repairs. Not good to leave money on the table like that.

They changed the time on me twice without letting me know. I had to get a hotel because they didn’t come help me with my Air Conditioning when they said they would.

Nick was my technician he was very quick to respond to my service call , He ended up replacing my compressor to my AC Unit, all in the same day . I called two other companies to come out and give me an estimate on the same issue and Arizona pro service came out to be cheaper than the other two companies and they gave me a quicker turnaround time on replacement as well . I recommended this company to four other friends and family members and they took very good care of all their AC problems this summer, they all called me back to talk to me on how great this AC company was on their pricing and how quickly they got their AC working .We all are happy with this companies work performance & how quick they responded . I highly recommend you give this company a try , you won't regret it. ?
