We had been battling a chattering contactor in our condenser for over 2 months. Our previous service provider changed one part and then another, each time charging outrageous flat fees and 500% and up for parts -- never locating the root cause of the problem.Mike quickly identified the actual cause of the problem to be a shorted pressure switch. He was polite, friendly and explained in full what was necessary to complete the job. I was amazed at how quickly he finished all 3 of them with new fixtures.
