Comfort One Air was perfect from start to finish. They were a referral from a customer in the TJ Maxx line who uses them. She was right! From scheduling in the office with Jessica to the arrival of John, the service was spot on. Purchased a new to us home and A/C stopped working. John diagnosed the issues and got it running until a part came in. A/C went out the next day but he hopped right over and found a loose wire and today installed the new fan. Their communication was a breath of fresh air. Comfort One Air is now my go-to company in Phoenix for my HVAC system. Can’t praise them enough!!! Arcadia Air came out to service my mini split ac. . I thought the fan was not working. The technician reported thamy unit was fine. He diid not charge me fee. I would recommend them .

Well - three servicemen had to come out and it took 5 days to get the part --- meanwhile I WAS staying warm with a borrowed small heater. I still do not have an itemized statement and receipt. However, my heating system is now fixed and I am warm again.....thank you.

I live with my elderly mother. I had been out of town for the past week only to come home and find the AC not working. I called several AC companies only to be told they had no availability. I was reading some reviews of another company and there was a few not so good reviews, but those reviews had said those people had then called George Brazil and had great service. So I called George Brazil. I explained how it was 93° in my home and my mother was elderly. They took some info from me and then asked which time frame I would like for today. I was so happy. I didn't get a no from this company, just what would be a good time for one of their repairmen to come. 8 am to 12 pm. True to their word the repair man was here by 12pm. Mike Jolly was so amazing. He told me what the problem was and even showed me the part that was no longer good and showed me how to tell it was no good. Then he went over the pricing for the repair. He even took the time to speak to my son in law on the phone to explain everything to him. Mike repaird my AC and I got to come home from work to a cool house. Thank you Mike Jolly for all you did for my mother and I today. Thank you to the people at George Brazil for not saying NO when we really needed the help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE. THEIR SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM IS OUTSTANDING.

Came out and said there was a leak, added 3.8lbs of 410a for $200 (50$/lb). Said everything was working great now, stopped cooling hours later- came back out and the unit was completely empty somehow (12lbs, -$600). Took apart the unit, bending the back side of the unit in the process because he forgot to remove a screw, pulled the wires from the compressor fan completely through the unit and set the fan against my fence. Found the leak and said it would be a $1900 repair with looking at nothing but the calculator app on his phone. Asked if he could give me a few quotes for new models and he said he would the next day. Screwed the fan back in while i was standing out there watching the whole time and didn't hook the unit back up how it was when he arrived, fan completely disconnected. Seemed disgruntled when i said he needed to put it back how it was when he arrived. That was July 26th and I still have not received any quotes or any callbacks. I would not recommend this company. I had another company come out and they were able to weld and repair the leak for a much more reasonable price, something that was not even an option on the table with Comfort Experts.

I've used this company for many years and I honestly say it didn't start out too well but we kept using them and their service quality improved and we have been very satisfied with them, especially Ron who has recently installed our brand new water less tank and helped redo pretty much all of our plumbing issues...We also use them for our AC units and have been very pleased with their service too...Greg in the office has helped turn this company around and I would refer them your any plumbing/heating needs...

Eric was great. I tried the DIY fix to our Trane AC unit but that didn't work out. Called Eric, he got the part, and fixed it under 30 mins. Super fair, easy to work with, highly recommended.

Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.
