Had toilets installed, angle stops replaced, and bathroom fixtures all replaced. I have to say we experienced a little bit of issues due to my corrosive water problem and it was difficult for the first tech to accomplish all the work, what I liked about Custom is that I called the Service Manager Jessie and he immediately made sure to get all the work done correctly and even did some extra work on my fixtures to make sure I was satisfied for no extra charge. He sent out Jesus to finish things up and I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and reliability. I would definitely use Custom Plumbing again for future projects.

They did a great job in fixing my hot water heater. They were straightforward and through from the beginning. I recommend them.

UPDATE! I called to have 2 simple single handle/4 bathroom faucets replaced and was quoted $700! And I'm providing the faucets! One hour's worth of work and they want to charge $700! I have arthritis, and can't turn the nuts/valves or grip things-so I need to hire someone to do this. Absolutely outrageous! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY OVERCHARGE.Simple kitchen sink clog. Old house with old pipes. I called and mentioned the online $45 coupon. A plumber arrived about two hours later. His initial assessment included two quotes. One was $383 and the other was for $460. I brought up the coupon again, and he said only if he could easily access the clog. The cleanout was literally on the other side of the wall of the drain. So he pulled the p-trap and ran the snake and everything was running. From the time he entered my home, work performed, clean up, pack up and taking payment was less than 45 minutes. He honored the coupon.So, with that said, hold your ground. Don't be afraid to question quotes. I have yet to meet a plumber who doesn't try to upsell you. I am satisfied with the work, actual cost and time for arrival and repair. I deducted two stars for ethics in price gouging.

My mom called me upset so I called Sunny Plumber and talked with a manager that asked in a rude tone if I had noticed the price of gas these days. The high end labor cost for this kind of job is $150 with $10 in materials.... Sunny Plumber is not only outrageous in their pricing but I feel took advantage of my elderly mother.
