I like the supervisor (Jerry) that was assisting along the way, He always responds the messages on time and he's follow up is accurate. Other then that i just hope the job last long because we spend a lot of money, i can't say much because we just got our A/C units done today however We'll see in few months or years.

I will not be using them anymore. Last time I called, about my AC running and stopping and then running again, the woman who picked up was incredibly rude. I don't ask for a lot and understand everyone has a bad days and especially these days most people are over worked. That being said I know the difference between that and when you're being a jerk...she was short with me and so she was unclear with her questions and when there was confusion she was rude as well even though she is the reason there was confusion. I honestly didn't trust her evaluation and thought that she just didn't want to do her job so I called back about an hour later and was told by a very nice lady (who later I was told didn't work there but for some company to answer their phone calls) she said she would send someone out that day. Except a few hours later when I called back and was told that without notifying me they bumped my appointment to the next day. I told the guy that the lady I last talked to told be they had sent it out and now I'm frustrated because I wasn't even going to be notified nobody was coming. The man on the phone jumped down my throat and told me that he listened to the phone call and that was not true and and that I don't need to lie (thats when he told me the lady i talked to must have worked for the company that answers their phone calls)The next day when someone did come out they shrugged there shoulders and told me they didn't know what was wrong with it. After pressing about what to do I was given has answers about tips I could try. Absolutely terrible service through and through especially when the only person who was helpful apparently doesn't even work their.

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. He completed each task in a timely manner. I would recommend Quick Fix 24/7 to anyone looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and efficient.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. We had a new American Standard HVAC system installed yesterday by NVM. The crew was Ramon, George and Tim. It took them all day & part of the evening because of the challenges our home created. These nice men could not have been more professional, patient and competent. They answered our questions and gave us information about the operation of the new system and WiFi thermostat. Our sales person was Jimmy who was also patient with us and very knowledgeable, given his extensive industry experience. Thanks to all of you gentlemen.We no longer have to stress about when our old system was going to die (like next time it's 110+ and we'd have to wait a week or more in a sweltering house). It's a nice feeling. COOL & HAPPY!

Tech Issac came to my home to set up my A/C for Winter His attention to detail is excellent, from wearing overshoes

A&M provided me with honest and quick service. They worked with me to get the best deal possible on a new HVAC system. They were amazing in their ability to remove and install my new unit in very rough terrain. Their customer service is excellent. Since I was unable to be present during the installation, they kept me informed through phone calls, emails, texts, photos and videos. Considering the mess of installation, their cleaned up was immaculate. They have gone out of their way to provide help with every aspect of the a new system, and I can rest assured that they will help me maintain my system for years to come.

I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.
