Quick, clean, experienced, efficient, thorough, and very detailed about the quality of work given!! After previously having another company come out to try & identify the source of a leak, (which they could not find after cutting into the wall and ceiling!) A.P.E.S. was called out & Dominic was GREAT from the moment he walked in the door! Experience matters, they know what they're doing and he made everything so simple and smooth! He was able to pinpoint and address the leak within the hour. Very personable and clean work!! I can see Dominic truly cares about doing his work right, he has integrity!! We are only calling them for any needs from now on! Thank you again!

Very bad experience with the large established company. Call for emergency service on Saturday 6/27 at 10:30am, was promised service, tech did not call until 7pm and asked if service was stilled wanted. It was a need, not a want. Tech did not arrive until 8pm to tell me he could not service us because he ladder broke. I was quoted $383 for a coil clean and recharge and promised Tuesday. No show or call Tuesday. I called to escalate and was told I wasn't on the schedule. They offered to put me on for Thursday and I said that was unacceptable and was promised again Wednesday AM. No show again. Finally received service Wed afternoon that did not fix the problem but cost me $500, more than quoted. Waste of time and money and I still have a broken AC.

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Start to finish very satisfied

I used Promise Heating and Air and both Jesus and Moises did an excellent job installing my A/C unit. They were very professional and explained to me everything very well that whats going on with my AC. They also made it to my house right away. They provided different level and price of solutions.I feel they are open and honest about repairs needed and they also assure i was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

We had a HVAC unit with no heat output. Not expecting much on New Years eve except to put in a service call for next year. We called Goettle and they had a truck out within the hour with Q and Miguel who got right to work inspecting the unit. Unfortunately the unit had a bad control board and was over 10 years old. Q explained all of our options in great detail and we were able to set up a plan and purchase a new unit before they left with installation on January 2, 2023.

It was good having the service of a nice Christian man. I don't usually do reviews but Michael impressed me with his honesty and helpfulness. And if I find myself needing his services again I won't hesitate to call him again.

Miles is great

Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.
