Found our new plumbing company! We had a gas line installed for a pool heater. From start to finish there was excellent communication from the owner. The crew was professional, courteous and respectful. They worked extremely fast and cleaned up nicely afterwards. A pleasant experience altogether. We have used Hobaica for several issues with our HVAC system. The most recent call was for a plumbing issue. We have been so satisfied with their service, professionalism, responsiveness, quality of their personnel, that we called them for plumbing. Simultaneously, we developed another HVAC issue. The technician, Scott, did a fantastic job of diagnosing, and solving, our HVAC and plumbing issues...in the same call!! He and I talked frequently as he went through his process and he was so well versed in both services. The ultimate resolutions to our issues, in my opinion, will come at a decent price as well. great job Scott and Hobaica!

But, the best part, for me, was the installation happening several days agead of quoted leadtime, and, I love watching expert technicians at work! Pat and Tyler are all about perfection and will not leave until they are completely satisfied, which is a much higher bar than an owner could ever set.

More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on. I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. Pretty obvious what the problem was said our new hvac company.

Gerardo answered his phone on a Sunday and the unit was installed on Monday a.m. I needed a quick installation in order to close my home on time and they came through. Great customer service and responsiveness! Will use them again for sure!

Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.
