Frank got me exactly what the competition offered for less (i compared model numbers)I ands able to get the install done quicker than anyone in the valley. The dispatcher Sheila was very helpful when I called their emergency line. Our AC broke the night before. She sent the technician (Jordan) right away. When Jordan arrived we think we saw an angel with a halo. He diagnosed the problem right away (broken motor) and fixed it. He answers all my AC related questions with confidence.

We had Paul fix our conduits in our backyard. He was professional, nice, friendly and did the job efficiently. I would definitely call him out again as well as recommend him for any work!

We just had Ryan from Comfort Experts out to fix our A/C. He was able to fit us in between is already scheduled appointments and had our A/C up and running so fast! He is really reasonably priced and I can't say how much I appreciate him coming out so quickly! We were originally scheduled to have the A/C fixed by the company who installed it in the late afternoon, but Ryan fixed it before 9:00 AM, keeping me comfortable on a day which is supposed to be 113*! I highly recommend them and will only call them from now on!

I called Howard Air after my A/C caused a leak in my ceiling. I had to turn off my A/C to contain the flood of water. Although I had never used Howard Air in the past, the receptionist made a special effort to send a technician to my house after hours. The technician who came was extremely helpful. He couldn’t fix the problem but he made sure to have additional technicians return today. They were able to fix my A/C and install a safety shut off valve to prevent another leak. The technicians were efficient, polite, clean and explained what they did. AND, the charges were very reasonable. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me. I’m just sorry I didn’t call them sooner.

I recently had a service call to my heater. And, again, Howard Air gif s wonderful job. Very thorough and professional. So happy with their service
