First Review 4/2020: Brandon was phenomenal. Very informative and made me feel comfortable about what was going on with my air conditioner. Definitely worth 5 stars.Second Review 8/2020: Justin, Jacob, and the rest of the team were amazing. First Justin came out for my regular A/C maintenance and (while the unit is still running) reminded me that the A/C really did need to be replaced. I had known this for at least a year. I think I surprised Justin by saying, Let's do it. The price was fair and installation was two days later. Thst brings me to Jacob and the installation team. They were polite, professional, and efficient beyond my expectations. The coordination of delivering the new unit, followed by the arrival of the installation crew, and at just the right time, the crane operator showed up. The entire process was about 3 hours. I don't know why I was so hesitant to do this sooner.Great company! Excellent staff! I highly recommend the company with a full five stars. Thank you Penguin Air!

Job was quick and efficient

In June 2022, I had Goettl install a 4 ton A/C unit on my home roof. All my dealings with them up to and including the install, were pleasant and professional. I let my 180 day window for an inspection run down to the wire and the City of Phoenix did their inspection last week. The inspector noted a couple of minor adjustments needed, confirmation of amperage used and a correction that involved the electric panel. After calling Goettl, I was connected with Tim who was part of the original crew that did my install, he attentively took the information and asked me the best time to send a couple guys out to make the necessary changes/adjustments needed. Manuel & JJ arrived as promised today 12/07/22. They were both professional, respectful and made sure I understood what they had done, shared with me the pictures of changes made and even though minor fixes, these guys were very thorough with the explanation. They even gave me a a care package of sorts, filled with thank you gifts for being their customer! From the person who answers the phone, to the sales person to the installation crew to Manuel & JJ today, the customer service skills of Goettl's employees are stellar. I do believe I am appreciated for being your customer! I would recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you! Jackie B

James came out on an extremely hot day. We came home after work and the AC was not working. Called on after getting referred by a friend for their professionalism and honesty. He showed up in about 40 minutes from the first time I reached out and fixed my system in less than an hour. Very polite and cleaned up after himself. I wish more companies worked like Just Air. I will be using them again the next time I need maintenance!

We have used Scottsdale Air for many years and have always been happy with their work; they are professional, reliable, and they don't try to upsell us on things we don't need. They are the only company we use to maintain and repair our heating and cooling systems.

Same day service to fix my heater! And extremely reasonable prices. Will be working with them to do an energy audit of my home in the next month.

Today is the second time ive had to call for service. 1st time was to do one of the biggest jobs ive ever seen in my life. My specialist Richard martinez turned what i thought was a nightmare into a brand new start for our wash room and kitchen. Today he enlightened me that i could join the club for routine checkups and club discount on services. I signed up! Thank you ace and richard for helping when i need it. Plumbing issues are not easy but you make it alittle bit easier for sure.

The technician dispatched immediately and identified the issue. Unfortunately our air conditioner couldn't be repaired. The resources were abed to get a new one installed same day. Saved us from the heat. Thank you

While not able to totally resolve the problem or willing to check the roof unit for freon level or do any more work on the unit due to age like others were, we appreciate his honesty and waiving the charge for a nitrogen blowout since as we expected, that did not resolve the issue as we tried clearing the line many times before. Gave some tips and only charged for service call.

I had a condenser installed in my AC. The next day, it wasn't working properly, so I had a tech out. He supposedly fixed it, but now its just a few days later and the system is broken . I had a full system installed using Howard Air and had some major problems with that install as well (leaks, warped wood, mold). I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I wish I had

I called Comfort Experts and they came to my house in less than an hour, when my AC was broken. Of course it was over 100 degrees outside. Ryan came to my house, and had my AC working within three hours of when it was broken. I was very surprised at how reasonable the service costs too!!!! This was an outstanding experience. I’ve been so pleased with the service calls I’ve made. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so responsive, respectful, and professional. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been especially cautious about our interactions with others but the service staff have come masked, maintained distance, and worn shoe coverings in and out of the house. In addition, they explained the issues, provided helpful instruction about maintaining our system, and even hooked up an option we didn’t know we had on our unit! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. When it was time to pay, we felt the cost was incredibly fair. Should we need future repairs, this will be our first call!

Anthony went above and beyond expectations. He worked quickly and efficiently but he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He taught me how to clean another filter I had in the house, which had been accumulating dust for several years. Very pleasant personality. I would certainly request him again.
