An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. The faucet was broken on the inside. The home warranty company was going to replace it with a much lower type unit, but the repair person gave me time to go to Home Depot to get an equal type. I think the home warranty company should reimburse me for the one I didn’t use but that is yet to be determine. The repair itself was done professionally and the ice water line was redone.

We recently had our AC installed by Hobaica. Yesterday a technician, Ryan Waters did a follow up QC inspection of the unit and it's operation. We were very impressed with Ryans thoroughness and professionalism. He spent time with us to answer any of our concerns and went into detail on the operation of the AC. We have some roots clogging the drain and a friend recommended Goettl. It was great to be able to schedule an appointment online at 10 PM Sunday night for the next day. Larry spent time making sure he got the roots all cleared out. He was very nice and thoroughly explained the problem and our options. I will definitely call Goettl again.

Stellar service. These guys needed to come out multiple times in a row to fix our heat and did so by ensuring we got the best price and they targeted the exact issue. They did so when it was convenient for us and I am so happy with the finished product. They weren’t pushy about needing a new unit, they did give us a quote for a new one when we are ready but didn’t try and sell us something we don’t need right now. I appreciated their honesty and very hard work.

Careful the install team sucks. And company uses reviews for free services.
