I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. 10Xs the amount of the part. They gave me a break. Because of my health they cut the cost down, but still very high priced. It still cost over $1,000.00 an hour. The technician was great!!! The technicians are always top notch. At one time they were going to gouge me $700.00 for a 2cent part which was a 3 minute job.

The service could not have have been more exemplary. Jerod was extremely personable, knowledgeable, explained the process being undertaken of each component, and the future likelihood of it's potential failure. True professionalism from beginning to the end,at a very reasonable price.

Our parents A/C was probably going, and with parents in their 80's, we couldn't have that. Called and Claire got us is the same day by noon. Tom was right on time, and was great about waiting for my sister to get there, my parents don't do well with strangers. The unit had frozen up and had many small unrepairable leaks. so gave us a quote for their unit, same day and scheduled an install for 3 days later. We are so grateful Tom and Claire were able to quickly respond in such a friendly and professional manner. We will probably sign up for the maintenance program, as it is quite reasonable. A company that boasts about being Non-Comission but has an incentive program that pushes technicians to sell units. If your unit is more than 10yrs old OR does not have a warranty I guarantee you that Adams Refrigeration will send their #1 seller, Marcus Pippin, to your door. Him and other techs will try to sell you a new unit even if the unit is repairable in order to get their bonus. Let's talk about the installs themselves... For the most part the installs turn out pretty decent as long as their Lead Installer is not working that day. Sloppy work, dirty finger prints everywhere, takes a few dozen cigarette breaks during the install, never wires up second stage on a 2 stage unit (decreasing overall performance and efficiency of the unit), not installing gas lines or flue pipes correctly (NOT TO CODE), Falsifying APS/SRP rebate forms, and has NO IDEA how the units he's installing actually work. It's astonishing how this company is still in business with work ethics such as these. BUYERS BEWARE!

My A/C which was over 20 years old was having mechanical issues so I contacted an A/C company (you know the well known company in which the Techs wear white uniforms) to access the A/C. To cut to the chase the Tech gave me an outrageous price to repair the unit and even a more outrageous price to replace it with (after my research) a subpar York A/C.
A friend told me about ABC Air Conditioning so I contacted them and the owner, Tom Smedley came out, free of charge, to access my A/C unit. While accessing the A/C Tom did at no charge a temporary fix on the mechanical issue, WOW!! I decided my A/C served me well but it was time for out with the old and in with the new. Trevor Smedley provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. Trevor and Tom than came out to personally discuss and advise me. After discussing my options I decided to purchase a 3ton 16seer Trane unit. I did my research on Trane and Trane is rated #1 when it comes to customer satisfaction and Quality. Within a week of my decision the new install was complete. Tom was at my home personally supervising and ensuring a quality install. I will continue to use ABC for bi-annual check ups of my unit. ABC saved me thousands over that other company and just made me feel comfortable working with them. Great decision on my part!
