Paul is awesome. Squeezed me in late on a Friday when my garbage disposal was losing it's mind. He showed-up and there was water all over the floor and sink. He got right to work and within an hour I had a new disposal and he was cleaning up the work area. Charged me a fair price. If I have any other plumbing issues, Paul is goint to be my man.

Home Serve Warranty sent Johnco out to check broken sewer under my house. Because I cleaned the line so Johnco could see the problem, Johnco refused to check/scope the line, told Home Serve there was no back-up problem, I was denied insurance claim. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

Worst experience. Extremely unprofessional. Was 2 1/2 hours late and not even a courtesy phone call. Tried to claim parts were replaced but never were. Wanted us to pay out of pocket when it's the landlords warranty that's supposed to handle it. Was in a hurry to get to next job so he wouldn't wait to get an authorization and left the job, broken water heater and all. I would NEVER in a million years recommend this business. Shady, shady, shady all the way around!

I'm so glad we didn't do business with them. We got another company that was out 20 minutes later and the household is back to normal.

Found and fixed my problem with my a/c unit and were so helpful and nice. Their employees explained everything that was happening and an employee named The Brick was excellent at his job and letting me know what was going on. The tank of our toilet was leaking. He was able to analyse the situation, offer a reasonable quotation, and resolve the issue fast. I would utilise this service again without a doubt.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Nick was excellent and very informative about all the steps he took to resolve our problem. Highly recommend him and Day & Night. I signed up for their monthly maintenance plan.

Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Well, everything is running well! I now know what company to call & refer when there are plumbing issues! Thank you so much Gerald!
